- JMJv MinsalanMay 5, 20265.0I have lived in different apartments in Indy. Aspen lakes (Hunt pacific) is the BEST! I have never seen a property manager like Ali who is so dedicated and responsive to questions and concerns. The maintenance personnel of this property deserves a 10 star rating, they’re quick, polite and will make sure everything is taken cared of! During a heavy snowfall in winter main entrances are already cleared and passable as they work non-stop to keep the residents safe & comfortable. I would describe this property as a HOTEL-BOUTIQUE FEELS/VIBE. I always look forward for a restful afternoon and night once I am home. Again, this is THE BEST in Indy! Kudos to Hunt Pacific!
