  Aspen lakes is a fantastic place to live that I would absolutely recommend to anyone moving to the area. My wife and I lived here for 2 years and had our first baby before buying a home. It’s a good community, scenic, quiet, clean, and safe. The office and maintenance staff are responsive and very nice as well. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place treated us so well and we are very appreciative. Thank you!

  I lived here for three years while in school and had a great experience. The grounds are well cared for and maintenance team extremely responsive. The ownership and management teams are both clearly invested in the property. The location is great, with nearby restaurants and shops and easy access to most anywhere in Indy thanks to the recently completed I-69 access to 465. The only reason I am moving and not renewing is due to a new job opportunity which requires me to relocate. Highly recommend.

  I have lived in different apartments in Indy. Aspen lakes (Hunt pacific) is the BEST! I have never seen a property manager like Ali who is so dedicated and responsive to questions and concerns. The maintenance personnel of this property deserves a 10 star rating, they’re quick, polite and will make sure everything is taken cared of! During a heavy snowfall in winter main entrances are already cleared and passable as they work non-stop to keep the residents safe & comfortable. I would describe this property as a HOTEL-BOUTIQUE FEELS/VIBE. I always look forward for a restful afternoon and night once I am home. Again, this is THE BEST in Indy! Kudos to Hunt Pacific!

  Incredibly safe and well maintained complex, the maintenance and office staff are knowledgeable and great at their jobs. I was very comfortable living here and only moved out due to a relocation from the area. I would highly recommend this complex!

  I lived in this community for 3+ years , through various stages of my life , and have had a wonderful experience! The office staff is very helpful, community is clean, and the location is perfect.
