  We have been living at Aspen Lakes since 2023, and we simply haven’t been able to leave! It has been a wonderful place to call home. The management team is one of the best things about this community—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Work orders are handled remarkably quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference as a resident. The entire community is also very well maintained. The beautiful landscaping, lakes, greenery, and peaceful surroundings make Aspen Lakes stand out from other apartment communities. After living here for several years, we continue to be very happy with our experience. Highly recommended!

  I’ve been living here for 2 years and I love this place!! Maintenance team is very responsive. Lake view is beautiful. I really like the walking path. Easy access to interstate.

  Been living here for over 3 years , they maintain the property very well, all of our work requests are promptly resolved , we have a very pleasant stay here , they do care for the residents really well . We love the community .

  We lived here for three years and, overall, had a good experience. The location is convenient, the apartments are spacious for the price, and most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We were generally happy with our time here. Unfortunately, our move-out experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We were charged a large carpet-cleaning fee for normal wear and tear of living in an apartment for three years, and our experience discussing the charge with the staff was disappointing. It's unfortunate that after three years of having a generally positive experience, our final interaction with the complex left us feeling this way. We still have a lot of good things to say about living here, but the move-out experience definitely affected our overall impression. —————————————————————— Due to it not letting me comment to your reply: I still do not believe that is accurate as there was actually a large lack of transparency due to the person who did the final walk through with us telling us there was one small spot that he thought was wear and tear and he thought they might not even charge us for it due to it being so small or charge a very small amount, not $80. The spot discussed was less than 1” diameter and was in the walkway which is wear and tear from using everyday for 3 years. I also feel it is unprofessional to have those specific details in this review. I do not plan on recommending this complex to anyone going forward with the way we have been treated regarding this.
