  Bailey was amazing and helped us get into our new apartment. She explained everything well and helped us along the way to make our move in painless. Apartment is nice and spacious, with the community quiet and peaceful.

  Moved in on 6/15: The three stars are for 3 reasons: Bailey in the leasing office- amazing agent! Best I’ve had in my 4 years of living in Indy, she is always on top of things and SO accommodating. Maintenance- on top of things and so friendly! From the first day they were friendly with me, my family and my dog! Ardizonne Group- specifically Michelle. I somehow got in contact with her because I still had issues that seemed to not be resolved and she is higher up then the property manager (I do wish Jessica would had been more involved since this is one of her properties but it’s okay- Michelle pulled through)! Even though she isn’t at the set property I cannot express my gratitude for how much she helped me. Onto the improvements: Past tenant I don’t think EVER cleaned- the dirtiest apartment and this is one thing Ardizonne can improve on- they need better contractors, cleaning and painting. Painting was also done very poorly- cleaning and painting had to come back after my move in. Biggest issue: moving me AND my pet into an apartment that had a molded sink- they did replace this which I am thankful for, just 50/50 responsibility on past tenant and management for this. Occasional bugs that they do have treated for but only ant/water bug issues no other issues so far. Overall the apartments are nice for the price, nothing happens in the area (only noise is people in their cars with music and of course the kids), but very quiet and safe! Neighbors are very nice also. I enjoy my new apartment. I do wish the gym was 24 hours and the complex was non smoking or smoking within regulation- as I deal with my upstairs neighbor making my patio their personal cigarette throw away spot. Also they are working on parking! If you’re coming in super late or super early- yes it’s packed but they are doing a parking pass soon- 2 per household and visitors must park in certain spots.

  Jessica has been an incredible property manager and has made a noticeable difference in our community. While every apartment community may have a few bad apples, Jessica has been proactive in addressing issues and taking the necessary steps to help make Arborwoods a safer place to live. She truly listens to the concerns of residents and works hard to improve the community. Since she has taken over, I've seen many positive changes, including new lighting at the entrance, which has made coming home at night much safer. She has also helped maintain the amenities, such as keeping the pool clean and enjoyable throughout the summer, and has worked to address issues with disruptive residents. I appreciate Jessica's attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication to Arborwoods. She has created a more welcoming, home-like environment, and it shows that she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Thank you, Jessica, for all that you do!

  I went to see about available apartments and was helped by Bailey. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about prices and amenities. Made the process super easy went out of her way to help were she could. Having someone who could assist when needed was very helpful.

  Bailey was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions. She made the entire apartment search and leasing process smooth and stress free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I would highly recommend working with Bailey to anyone looking for their next home!
