  I went to see about available apartments and was helped by Bailey. She was very sweet and knowledgeable about prices and amenities. Made the process super easy went out of her way to help were she could. Having someone who could assist when needed was very helpful.

  I came in for a tour and the leasing agent Bailey was amazing. She was super knowledgeable and she toured us the community. We ended up going with an apartment community closer to our job but her amazing personality almost won us over. She is definitely a great asset to their team.

  Bailey was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions. She made the entire apartment search and leasing process smooth and stress free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I would highly recommend working with Bailey to anyone looking for their next home!

  I know everyone has a different experience with their apartments but mine was very negative. Starting from when we moved in and asked to see the unit prior to our signing the lease. The agent said we could see it about a week before then she stopped responding to emails, we didnt see the until til the day we signed our lease. I walked in and the unit felt dirty and was not what we were expecting. We had issues with our AC we put in many work orders and our electric bill was over $200 for a 900 square foot apartment and our AC was set to 70⁰. They kept saying it was fine until one day it completely stopped working and they had to replace the the whole unit. We had to deal with mold and extra condensation on our front windows when we put a work order in the maintenance worker looked at me and said youre a women you should know how to clean windows. And we need to put a towel at the base of the window to collect all the water. Then the amenities...we chose the apartment because it had a dog park, a gym, and a pool. We'll the gym was in renovations for the first year of our lease i started asking every couple weeks when it would be ready and they just kept saying next week. But when it did finally open it was only open during office hours monday-friday 10a-6pm and on wednesday its shortened to 1p-6p. I work a 9-5 monday-friday job so even when the gym did open couldn't use it. Then there was the pool. The pool was great until it got vandalized then they moved for it to only be open during office hours. Monday-Friday 10a-6p with shortened hours on the wednesday and closed on the weekends. So unable to use that as well with a 9-5 monday-friday job. The dog park was small but nice until the replace it with a smaller one with p gravel and it essentially turned into a litter box for dogs and no one cleaned up their pets droppings. We also had dumpsters when we moved it around our side of the complex. There were 4 dumpsters and a compactor at the back. One day without warning all the dumpsters were gone and we were told we needed to use the compactor. Which was fine i guess a warning wouldve been nice. But when they got rid of the dumpsters the compactor would be overflowing more often than not and we would have to go to the other section of the complex which was not a short walk and usually the one closest to us was full so we would have to drive/walk to find a dumpster so it wouldnt be on the ground. Lets move on to the bugs we had to deal with roaches in my kitchen and in my bedroom and bathroom for approximately three months putting in work orders and nothing happening until one day I happened to be home when the pest control person was there looking for them and told him they were coming out of the electrical socket. Only then did he go back to his car to get bait. Come to find out a few weeks later that then whole building needed to be fumigated. Every time we went into the office we received conflicting information. The staff was more often then not rude. The maintenance worker were usually rude also driving around on the golf carts not looking up from their phones. Like I said everyone has different experiences but I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

  Do NOT move here these apartments are HORRIBLE. Living here has been such an awful experience. You can’t get ahold of a real person if you try and call, you get an AI robot and sent to voicemail because no one is ever available. There is ZERO parking available and management refuses to do anything about it. Children throw things at our apartment even after being told to stop, people will walk up to your window and violate privacy. Garbages are very far away from most units and are CONSTANTLY overflowing with trash it is disgusting. Living here has been the worst experience of my life and i would never reccomend this place to ANYONE. Please stay away.
