  Toured this property during the first week of July. The apartment was nice, but there were serious potholes in the lot, and the areas around the dumpsters were horrible. I also witnessed a conversation with a disgruntled tenant which indicated that there was an ongoing pest concern. Would not recommend.

  A warning to potential residents*** In May this year spoke with RENEE LATENDER as my point of contact. I was very excited to move in August 2026. I trusted her because she seemed very nice and informative. I paid my $300 security/holding fee. I was approved quickly and everything was set into motion...or so I thought. Once approved the first step is to receive your lease agreement, correct? But she tells me she doesn't release the leasing documents until closer to the move in date for "emergencies" That was in May for reference and once again my move in date wasn't scheduled until early August . Which when I spoke with others I was commonly told that was a weird thing to do. But I still ignored it and trusted her to take care of me regardless. Fast forward, during June and July it was like pulling teeth to either get ahold of her or get a straight answer when I had questions. I sent email after email, phone call after phone call, trying to reach her. I had all my insurance and movers setup and everything. I just needed to sign the lease. I email her late July asking if I can at least see my unit. She tells me it wouldn't be ready until after July 31st and she'll contact me when it's ready. I still for whatever reason trust her logic and I wait... So FINALLY, THREE days before move in she still hasn't sent me the leasing agreement or called me about viewing the unit. I call her that same morning and the whole time she's talking over me and trying to rush me off the phone. Eventually she let me speak and I asked her why hadn't she sent the lease agreement and she says, "people have emergencies so that's why I wait a couple days before move in to send out the documents" What??? What kind of emergencies? I'm still confused why it was so hard to send me the documents. If I had a emergency I would have said something beforehand. Don't apartments want to take your money ASAP and get you to sign the leasing agreement?? In the end I was able to secure a place last minute and now I have to scramble to make sure this move in goes smoothly. I should have known better than to trust and wait this long for an apartment when the leasing agent clearly has no urgency to have me sign the lease and move in. To Renee for whatever reason you might see this. I was the easiest future resident. I was ready for you to take my money and you wasted both of our time waiting until the last minute. Just send the lease to people. If someone has a emergency they will contact YOU. Don't trust this place if this is standard practice to just wait until the last minute to secure a apartment. It comes across as very sketchy and not returning phone calls or emails is just stressful. Be warned. I don't recommend speaking with Renee at least.

  I recently came in to apply for an apartment, and I wanted to share what a great experience I had. The manager Thalia was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire application process easy and stress-free. It’s not often that you receive such genuine and friendly customer service, and it really made a positive impression on me. The manager’s positive attitude and willingness to help made me feel comfortable and confident that this is a community that truly cares about people. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism, and I’m excited about the opportunity to become part of this community.

  These are amazing apartments. I think you’ll be making a great choice by moving here whenever I need help with anything they come not right away, but they definitely come to get it done but I do love when it comes to my Maintenance REY work he gets it done every time and I recommend him anytime come join us.
