  I recently came in to apply for an apartment, and I wanted to share what a great experience I had. The manager Thalia was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire application process easy and stress-free. It’s not often that you receive such genuine and friendly customer service, and it really made a positive impression on me. The manager’s positive attitude and willingness to help made me feel comfortable and confident that this is a community that truly cares about people. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism, and I’m excited about the opportunity to become part of this community.

  These are amazing apartments. I think you’ll be making a great choice by moving here whenever I need help with anything they come not right away, but they definitely come to get it done but I do love when it comes to my Maintenance REY work he gets it done every time and I recommend him anytime come join us.

  MOLD, ROACHES, MICE!! During our stay at 7 pointe apartments we have dealt with roaches and mold the entire time. We have told the front office about both problems every month for a year. They have never done a single thing about the roaches and it took them 11 months to fix the mold issue that was already there at move in. The maintenance staff kept saying it was mildew and it took them 11 months to realize it was a leaking pipe the entire time, almost like we said that 11 months ago. This left one of our two bathrooms inoperable and not safe, but 7 pointe refused to give any compensation for paying for more bathrooms than we have. The complex is legally required to deduct money from our rent for those 11 months of not having a bathroom but refuse to as they know it would cost more in legal fees for us than the reimbursement is worth. Our washing machine has been broken and moldy since move in aswell and they refuse to replace it. Constant gunfire and break ins. There has also been multiple mice in the apartment that they refuse to do anything about aswell. This apartment also gave my cat fleas! The staff at 7 pointe is even worse. Trash everywhere that is never picked up or dealt with. Hallways are filthy. Cigarette and weed smell in every room. AC didn’t work for the first 4 months of lease. During the winter there was a bursted pipe that turned our entire street into an ice wreckage that damaged the underside of cars and took the complex multiple weeks to fix. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful. Can’t wait to move out!
