I applied for the apartment and got approved, but then they came back saying I needed a co-signer because I'm 20 and have no credit history. Apartments like this always miss their blessings! Not approving someone just because they don’t have credit doesn’t mean they're a bad candidate; they're just getting on their feet. They saw I make 5-6k a month and still denied me for not having credit. I also paid a $300 deposit, and all they can tell me is that corporate processed it. Nowhere do I see my deposit, which I could use toward my new apartment that gave me a chance! I'm looking forward to hearing from corporate about my deposit. Thank you.

I made an appointment online to go look at one of these apartments today.
The price listed was maybe 850$ (close to)
I get there and the lady has me fill out information of what I’m looking for and I’m telling her what I’m looking for as I’m filling it out.
She said she has no apartments that are that much because apparently all the apartments are $215 extra every month for administrative or something something something, etc. And then there was another cost maybe water and trash or sewer for like 50 some dollars as well, so these are $1100 apartments not 800 and something Apartments as advertised online.
The lady told me they are not low income…
Basically calling me poor to my face.
I didn’t go there expecting them to be low income. I certainly didn’t think I was going to be paying almost $300 extra over the ad advertised rent price for the apartment though.
The manager lady told me I could go ahead and go, and I let them know that I certainly would because they were both very rude.
Maybe update your information online and make sure it’s accurate before wasting peoples time and gas.
I’m sorry but gas is five dollars a gallon and I don’t have the gas to just be driving around town 20 minutes out out of my way to look at a place when you’re falsely advertising online apartments that are 800 and some dollars that are actually over $1000.

My time at 5700 was from May of 2024 to October of 2025. First off, my move in was a train wreck to say the least because I walked into an apartment that ac had clearly been off for a LONG time and it smelled of stale cigarettes. To top it off, I had to wipe EVERYTHING down because the nicotine was on light switches and there was dust all over. The only thing I was happy about was that the carpet was brand new and then I walked with socks and found that staples had been left in the wood and stabbed my feet. When I IMMEDIATELY complained about this, management sent over a maintenence guy with air deodorizor spray. Even towards the end of my lease, the cigarette smell was there and now ALL my belongings STILL smell of cigarettes and I have been moved out for 5 months. The staff have been the most unhelpful people and never answer the phone or emails. Now I have collections agencies coming after me because the managers refused to walk through the apartment with me and claimed that I did over $200 of damage. Mind you, part of moving out is a $125 carpet cleaning fee (even though they put new carpet in when you move). I have never been so infuriated as to deal with this company. DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are much cheaper and nicer places than this one.

This is crazy. Y’all called my EMERGENCY CONTACT because you hadn’t heard from me about the apartment yet? Chill out!!! An emergency contact is for LIFE AND DEATH situations! Not cuz yall want to be paid!!! I spent over $300 on the application and the admin fee because they con you into paying the admin fee to even apply whereas other apartments you pay the admin fee if you’re holding the apartment. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I’ve seen enough. And god damn near gave my hypertensive, cancer patient mother a stroke. Crazy!!!!!
