I absolutely love living here! I moved in at the end of May. Management is always so kind and helpful, and everything has gone incredibly smoothly. I live on the ninth floor, so I especially appreciate how fast and reliable the elevators are. My bedroom has a connected bathroom, which is why I chose this room instead of a higher up one (even though the view is better higher up). The location is amazing (the federal courthouse is right nearby, which is an extremely beautiful view as shown in my images). I love how to get into the lobby, one needs a key or approval, same with the elevator, and then obviously the apartment. It makes it a bit tedious getting food delivered, but the safety is worth it. The layers of security make me feel secure. There is LuxerOne in the delivery room in which your packages are kept safe for you, and you just type in the code, and it opens. Also, having trash picked up directly at 8 PM on most days makes apartment living so much easier. There is also a very nice pool, and my favorite amenity is the media room in which you can watch movies in a mini movie theater essentially with comfortable sofas. They also have a conference room to book too. I am very happy with my decision to live here. If I do not update this comment, it means I still love living here, which is what I anticipate will be the case. I highly recommend it!

Not worth half the price. The garage are terrible tiny spots and damaged my paint from the leakage. The employees are unprofessional and rude disrespectful and absent! Just move to 360 e market instead I lived there for years in a million times better than this trash of an “luxury” apartment.

Let me start with the Staff. SHAMEFUL!!! Rude and disrespectful do not begin to describe the behavior displayed by Kristen. The nicest way I can describe her behavior is condescending, which isn't necessarily a courtesy. Next- THE BUILDING!!! I understand it's old, however NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY. Things take a long time to get fixed, and even then the fix is only temporary. The elevator constantly has issues. I'm not mad about what I pay to live here, I knew what I signed up for. I do take issue with not being able to access amenities I pay for. Now- THE PARKING GARAGE. The parking garage has leaks. Okay we've established the building is old. A smell here, a piece of trash there, maintenance can only do so much. When a leaking fluid damages cars though, we now have to have a different conversation. Again not mad at what I pay, yet I didn't expect to pay for damage to my vehicle. Is the view alluring, yes! Are the amenities enticing, of course, when they work. Is the location attractive, absolutely! Until you sign a lease. If I had known I was walking into a bait and switch I would have taken up residence elsewhere. I am all about getting what I pay for and 220 Meridian DID NOT DELIVER!!! The treatment from staff and lack of promised amenities alone are enough to make anyone regret the decision to live here. If you want to be respected and get the best bang for your buck 220 Meridian is NOT IT!!! Save yourself the disappointment and take your money literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I believe this was the old AT&T building and seeing it as an apartment building now - I’m speechless! It’s so beautiful! The marble in the lobby, the space on the amenity floor, not to mention the pool deck - stunning!! I was definitely wow’ed on my tour. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. Great vibes.

Dog Park area reeks horribly all over downtown. It smells like straight piss every time you walk past the building. Overpriced for over-used units
