  Please don’t recommend. Maintenance is not o Point! The property manager is very unprofessional. I stayed there for 4 1/2 years. Every year they increased on my pease and rent! Paying 1750 for 2 bed 2 bath no new appliances. Or nothing. I highly don’t recommend for family or single mothers

  I’ve been a tenant here since 2019. I continued to live here for the amenities and convenience to shopping centers and gyms. However over the years it has gone down hill. New tenants are disrespectful. Causing noises at all times of the day and night. I’ve complained, showed videos to the property management and called the police multiple times and nothing is done. People throw trash in the trees and bushes. As well as trash the lawns with bags of garbage and other items. I have multiple pictures and videos but nothing is done. The washers break bc ppl over load it and ignore instructions to use it . With that causing flooding and not being able to use the machines. If you decide to move here you need to visit at various hours to see if this where you want to be. This is a real review from my experience and if Hampton responds saying they have no record of me being here it’s a lie. Stop covering up the lies that you tell people. Signed a disappointed tenant.JL.

  Remember when you stay in an apartment most your experience comes done to neighbors. Judy helped me and got me a wonderful corner unit. My sliding door is near parking lot so I can easily bring in groceries and enjoy the weather. I have one neighbor next to my unit and a neighbor above me. Never heard either neighbor while I lived there and have met them and they were very nice. Move out was super easy. Got my entire deposit back minus cleaning. Highly recommend them. Edit: wanted to bring up the parking issues. I also had trouble with the towing company. Thankfully the complex heard our complaints and fired the old towing company. We have a new one now. Much better. So look for newer reviews to see if parking is still an issue. This was literally the only problem and they took care of it. Also maintenance is amazing. They are super quick and helpful with responses.

  Response reasonably quickly when a maintenance issue I can appreciate the dedication
