  Rent is way too expensive for what it’s worth and the area it’s in. I’ve been here 3 years and rent has gone up almost $100/mo. every year with nothing to show for it but some tacky rainbow fountain lights. Pet fee is $300 for application and $30/month for them to only clean your carpet once a year IF you ask for it. Community laundry used to be $1.50/load and now is $2/load with no upgrades and small load capacity. Front desk doesn’t know anything and will make up an answer to blow you off or completely ignore you altogether. Pool is not maintained after opening, so don’t let the nice AI pics online fool you. Neighbors are chill if they’re not letting their ankle biting dogs go unleashed. You can hear everything in everyone’s apartments from each floor landing, but once you’re inside your unit it’s pretty soundproof which is one of maybe 2 nice things (second is proximity to the highway). So if you’re not desperate and need to live here to be close to the highway for work, live somewhere else.

  My apartment had roaches when I moved in, however, KYLE FROM MAINTENANCE IS AMAZING! He is extremely professional and acted urgently to help resolve the issue. I rate the apartment complex as good because management could do a much better job with communication and ensuring units are thoroughly cleaned before tenants move in. The apartment itself is beautiful with nice views, and management is kind, but if you need help or assistance, KYLE IS THE MAN!!! Also, very quiet area you shouldn’t have issues with neighbors or noise.

  I was here for two years, to those who want to know what's it like living here. I recently just moved out in August. The manager Chinell Cross is awesome with communication and responding. The laundry is in the building so you won't have to worry about going outside in the winter or rain to wash. The parking lot is very slippery and icy in the winter. Parking in the back of the complex in the evenings can be challenging, not to mention I did liked the soundproof floors not too many apartment have that. The South Shore Train Line have commuter problems and are often late very often if you decide to use this for work be mindful. You will have to pay all your utilities apart from your regular rent (water, gas, heat, sewer, garbage and a utility fee) to Tanglewood. There will be an extra blind fee $79.00 that you will be charged prior to you moving in (none refundable) and they do let you know this. Mantience responded in a timely manner. Chinell Cross was the best. She will be missed.
