  Basketball rims need fixed badly. They said fixing the rims won’t be in budget until 2028. I don’t know what’s wrong with the budget but a 300 dollar fix not being available until 2028 is just crazy. It would be super easy and beneficial to fix the rims

  I would like to give a special thank you to Jordan and the entire team for making my moving process such a smooth and positive experience.   This place was pretty great at first, was cheap at first. Slowly I started to realize why it was so cheap, 95% of the people in this complex are so inconsiderate. People are constantly being loud, argueing, reving there engines and drifting around the lot. I was quoted 985 for rent, I was charged over 1500 dollars this month and everything I was lied to about everything by the guy who showed me my apartment and went over my lease. He told me I would have to pay a 350 pet fee when I move in, fast foward 3 months and it randomly just gets added on to my rent along with a double pet rent charge. There website is 1 day in the future so they can charge you an additional 50 dollar late fee even if it’s payed on time, tried calling them and they told me there’s nothing they can do and Rachel I believe her name was hung up the phone on me. The apartments are okay, but it’s not worth living here with all the crap you have to put up with. This place has a huge roach problem and nothing is clean, the laundry room smells like someone is decaying. There is also many discrepancies in the apartments, walls have been repaired poorly many times over and over and it shows, cracks in my ceilings and unfinished trim everywhere.

  Going to go ahead and rate 2 stars a lot of hidden fees & discrepancies. I’m not saying they’re not justifiable but the rent seems to be a different price every month which makes me uncomfortable as a college student. In California my rent was the same price every month (with the sewage, water etc. included) here its not and it keeps changing. the 2 stars is coming from the very friendly staff but my 2BDR Apartment has cheap closet doors that fall off the hinges, the bathroom sinks foundation is rotting with black mold being hidden by more cheap vinyl and there are vinyl tiles coming up all over the place. Clear dirt and grime in the window and an occasional dead roach on its back. Cabinets are sealed shut like North Koreas fake stores. The hallways are dirty and gloomy. The laundry room is disgusting and smells like a dead rodent. You have a massive amount of solicitors leaving so many coupons and ads in mailboxes and on doors. Some even political which is extremely inappropriate. I have endured worse but this is just what it is. For the Area, unfortunately it is worth the money and the community is great. When you get hidden fees and discrepancies we start chipping away at that. Here’s a screenshot of my bill when I was quoted 964 for rent which is massively misleading with 4-5 other charges totaling into another 100 USD. The office staff is great though so far. I think no one else cares to make an in depth review but here ya go. (Bloom 300 is my WiFi)
