  My roommate and I have lived at Meridian Oaks for about 3.5 years now and I cannot recommend it enough! My roommate and I needed to move in urgently and they were very understanding and able to accommodate our timeline and requests. The landscaping, pool, front desk, and maintenance team is always absolutely amazing. If we have an issue it is very easy to apply for maintenance to come help and they are there within 24 hrs and resolve the situation very effectively and efficiently. Neighbors are all very friendly and we have never had any issues with feeling unsafe or unwelcome. We have never had any packages stolen, and when they have occasionally been dropped off at the wrong address it is always on our doorstep within an hour of notifying the front desk. They create such a great and welcoming community here that we are both beyond upset that college is almost over and are trying to come up with excuses not to have to leave haha!

  Have lived here since 2014 and am glad I picked Meridian Oaks. Great apartments and grounds. Management office has the best staff I have every had to deal with. I won't be moving any time soon. If you're looking for an affordable place to rent in Greenwood that is pet friendly with great staff, maintenance services and well kept grounds, this is the place!

  I love this apartment complex. I would continue living here if I weren't relocating to a different state. The staff here is amazing. Their maintenance always comes out immediately. The office workers are very kind and understanding. The environment is nice and secluded. Overall it is just an awesome place to live. My only complaint is that the electric bill can run a little high in the winter because the windows don't have the best insulation. Other than that, I highly recommend that you live here.

  I really enjoyed living at Meridian Oaks August 2014-August 2015. The maintenance guys were extremely friendly and quick to help out, the apartment had a fire place, and they boast a saltwater pool. What more could you want? I realize there are cheaper places to live, but you'll be hard-pressed to find better quality apartments with such friendly staff for a lower price in Greenwood. Also, all the neighbors I encountered were extremely friendly. Not sure what the other guy was talking about in the previous review, but I never had a problem with the doors or windows, or loud neighbors for that matter. I don't believe I ever heard my neighbors the whole year I lived there. I only moved because I was returning to school and went down to part-time employment and didn't want to juggle school and the rent. If you're moving to Greenwood, at least give these apartments a look. As a side note, after I moved, I accidentally had a package delivered to my old Meridian Oaks apartment address, and the staff was kind enough to look up my number and call to let me know, even though I no longer lived there. Hard to find a place that would do that for an ex-tenant.
