  When I finally decided to sell my house, the first agency that popped up in the listings was Highgarden Real Estate, Smalling Group. I figured if they’re at the top of the list, they must be great at what they do. I called and spoke to Lindsey. I told her I was ready to sell my house. We went over a few details and set up an appointment for her to see it. From the moment she stepped in my door and started analyzing things, I knew I had made the right choice. Her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge told me I put this task in the right persons hands. Everything she told me and what needed to be done to sell my house in a timely manner is exactly what made the sale of my house such a success. Believe me when I say that Lindsey knows what she is talking about when it comes to getting the job done. Within 26 hours of my listing going live, we had an offer! Once the process started, I was truly impressed by everything Lindsey did in bringing this to fruition. Every step of this transaction was seamless from the beginning to closing. The whole process was as near to perfect as it can possibly be. If anything came up that needed to be taken care of, she would proceed to get it done as soon as possible. There was no stress or worrying about anything. The way Lindsey handled anything that may have been an issue, she solved by researching and contacting the right people within her group. When it comes to having the right team, things get done right when everyone works together. Her team was great to work with also. Lindsey‘s enthusiasm, ambition and drive are top notch, making this sale happen in 33 days! She is passionate, so pleasant and it was a pleasure to have met her. Lindsey went above and beyond and I cannot thank her enough for helping to make my dream come true of moving to my retirement place. I have never been through an easier sale/purchase of a house in my lifetime.   Lindsey Smalling arranged the sale of our late mother’s home. She and her team had to deal with complicated family dynamics and did so with grace, thoughtfulness and care. She went beyond the call of duty in every respect and managed to navigate not only the deal with the buyer, and the buyer’s agent, but also responded to our own family complexities in a manner that satisfied all in the end.
