  I love living here at the Flats of Stones Crossing!!! The property is absolutely stunning, It’s quiet, It’s people friendly, It’s pet friendly, and, the staff is amazing!!! I personally could not have selected a better place to be MY HOME!!! The office and maintenance staff are amazing and they truly do care about their residents…. I highly recommend anyone searching for a new apartment home to check this place out…. It does not disappoint💜

  What an absolute delight this entire staff is, the ladies in the office have been beyond exceptional, helping with any questions during the move in process, making it easy at what could be a stressful time. The maintenance gentlemen are priceless, quick to help and answer any questions that might arise, or fix an issue on a moments notice. The buildings are secure, and very clean with no trash in the hallway or common area. This complex is fabulous, well maintained, extremely clean and quiet. Kudos to a wonderful staff. After being here awhile now, it is even better than I ever expected. Far exceeding my expectations. The grounds, the buildings are impeccable. The ladies in the office, and maintenance gentlemen are outstanding. You are within walking distance to fabulous restaurants! Highly recommend The Flats at Stones Crossing. For those that are so unbelievably disgruntled and complaining.......... I hope you find peace somewhere.

  Stay far, far away from this apartment complex. Don’t be fooled by what you see on the outside. For all the residents that live in the building that my son lives in have been out of power since 2:30a:m Thursday morning. This power outage had nothing to do with the storm all the blame is on the complex. I was told that this is an electrical issue and has only affected this one building and when I asked what was the plan and time frame for this to be fixed so that my son and the rest of the residents will have power back on. The property manager said she didn’t know anything at this time and admitted that this electrical issue was their fault and not on Duke. I’ve called the new owners Grey capital residential and left a message and sent an email as well and of course no one has responded. So unprofessional they are putting residents out of their homes and all they offered my son was an apartment to shower in and use the microwave, but not a place to sleep. Please, please don’t rent here and if you want or need more proof on how horrible this place is drive around the complex in the early evening hours, you will see vehicles parked in the middle of the street because there is not enough parking for all the residents that live there.

  These apartments are significantly overpriced for the quality provided. The buildings appear to be cheaply constructed, and the overall living experience does not justify the high rent. The fixtures throughout the apartments are cheap and poorly installed, which only adds to the low-quality feel of the property. The walls are also extremely thin. You can hear everything from neighboring units, making it very difficult to enjoy any peace or privacy. One of the biggest concerns is the lease termination policy. If your circumstances change and you need to break your lease, be prepared to pay thousands of dollars in fees. The management shows little flexibility or understanding for residents facing financial hardship. After I lost my job, I reached out to discuss possible payment arrangements and hoped to work out a reasonable solution. Instead of discussing any options with me, management immediately proceeded with additional charges. The lack of communication and willingness to help was extremely disappointing. The experience left me feeling like residents are viewed as sources of revenue rather than valued customers. Between the poor construction quality, cheap and poorly installed fixtures, extremely thin walls, excessive fees, and lack of compassion when financial difficulties arise, I would strongly recommend looking at other apartment communities before signing a lease here. Pros: I had a nice view.

  Maintenance team is amazing, very responsive, prompt and professional, shout out to Brian 😁
