Many buyers don't realize they can typically have their own real estate agent represent them throughout the process, with Ryan Homes generally paying the buyer's agent's commission. If you're looking for a new home and considering Brandywine Fields, it's definitely a community worth exploring.

  The sales experience was fantastic because of Aaron Buckingham. We worked with him in a different Ryan neighborhood. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. You would be in great hands working with Aaron. We feel that Ryan offers a good value in a new build. There aren’t a lot of choices available so keep that in mind.

  With Ryan Homes, I feel already comfortable living in a nice home of my dream with a low cost. Ryan homes company is a big opportunity for everybody who does'nt have much money to afford a nice home to live.

  We've built a house and lived in the community for a year now and regret deciding to build with Ryan's when there are other communities such as DR & Arbor nearby. We've had consistent issues with things breaking due to the cheapness of the product itself. We just had our house touched up at the year mark and the paint doesn't match! Do they know this? Yes, in fact the company that did the touch up told us about this. They said the original painter probably watered down the paint and they couldn't find a shade that matched. We communicated this to Ryan homes and they have not responded and have NOT fixed the paint. So we just have random paint blotches throughout our house. Several of our neighbors have also expressed similar issues as well. DO NOT build here, it's not worth the price or the headache. I've heard great things about other builders in the area.
