  I truly enjoying my apartment at Riley Crossing. Keri, Jenn and the entire staff are extremely helpful. The maintenance is always quick to respond. I was the very 1st resident here at Riley and I plan to remain here until the end.

  I have had a 2/5 star experience with these apartments. When I call In to ask a question or state a concern I am met with irritated attitudes and unprofessional behavior. I will not be renewing my contract with this establishment after my contract is over this year. It looks nice on the outside but it is not kept up. Also, this snowstorm we had a few weeks ago no one ever came to shovel or clean up our driveways. It was the residents that came out and helping each other. For the $ we pay, the office and management don’t actually care about the residents. After Tim the maintenance guy left, that was my last straw. He would always go out of his way to make the residents feel welcomed. Also they always have people quitting and it may be because of management. I am quiet and low maintenance but even I have noticed the lack of attention to the residents & to the buildings. I don’t understand how their rating is a 4.2 - they must have their own team making posts for them. I have had conversations with neighbors that feel the same.

  The ladies in the office are so nice and helped me secure my new home for the fall!
