  The initial visit of the property was very positive. Tori was friendly, showed me a couple of units, and I decided to submit an application. Unfortunately, my experience after applying was very different. Over the following 2 weeks, I repeatedly followed up regarding the status of my application. I often received no response or was told someone would get back to me, but I continued to have to reach out myself for answers. Eventually, I was informed that my application had been denied due to two misdemeanor convictions from 2019. I understand that every property has screening criteria and must follow its policies. However, I was disappointed not only by the decision, but especially by the lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism throughout the process. I also felt there was little willingness to discuss my individual circumstances, or whether alternatives were available. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience - had the communication and handling of the situation been more timely, transparent, and respectful, I would have felt very differently. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling that I was not treated with the kindness or consideration that I would expect from a professional property management company.

  I truly enjoying my apartment at Riley Crossing. Keri, Jenn and the entire staff are extremely helpful. The maintenance is always quick to respond. I was the very 1st resident here at Riley and I plan to remain here until the end.

  This property was OK at best , to start off they advertised luxury apartments but the only thing “ luxury “ is the secured entrance to the buildings , the apartments are updated but not worth paying the $1700 that we did pay , we had a lease at this property from November of 24 to November of 25 , we choose a apartment on the 3rd floor mind you now they have lowered that rent to that unit by a little over $300 which I think is unfair , management is always changing and is never consistent, they went through 2 sets of property managers and countless amount of leasing agents in the short year that I been there , in my opinion that’s a HUGE red flag ! Maintenance is ok , he does what he can to help us in a timely manner and attend to all the repairs by himself for the most part , valet trash was pretty good but they come at different times throughout the week , sometimes at 7pm and other times it may not be until almost 12am , the apartments don’t give out violations when residents leave their trash outside their door & not in the trash cans , I complained on this a few times & nothing was done about it when they said they would do something, compactor overruns sometimes because residents put stuff in it that doesn’t belong in there , parking specifically in front of building 6832 was hit or miss , sometimes we would come home to no parking spots at all because residents would have more than 2 cars , one resident in that building had 3+ cars , packages get stolen out of the package room by residents and this has happened more than one occasion, overall I think this management company can do a better job on a lot of things and make the community nicer , cars are always flying past the stop signs which makes it unsafe if you have little ones , multiple accidents have almost happened because of people simply doing to fast & not paying attention, the cleaners only clean the bottom floor and do not clean the 2nd or 3rd floor at all , we also said something to the office about this but nothing was ever done . Overall I think this wouldn’t be a long term option for anyone , prices are not worth what you get & overall they don’t seem to care about the residents in my personal opinion, these are new apartments but with the rate they are going these will go downhill really really fast , glad I got out of there , when I did !
