  Mary and Jeremy run a tight ship at Toscana and made renting a pleasure. Great facilities and maintenance, and very responsive communication. Overall a great spot to live in for a year and would recommend this community to anyone who values a clean, safe, and quiet living arrangement.

  I lived at Residences at Toscana for 2 years, shortly after I lost my husband. There was a lot to think about and navigate, and through it all, Mary at the leasing office was kind, compassionate, understanding, informative, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Jeremy was not only an amazing and skilled maintenance person, he was also personable, considerate, and thorough. My 2 dogs loved looking out my office window into the common yard and even befriended some of the landscaping people. My time there was quiet and peaceful, and just the right place to go through my healing journey. I would 100% recommend making this a place you call home. My pups and I will miss our time there.

  We have rented now over 3 years, great place with good maintenance support, management with Mary is very helpful and so close to almost anything including shopping, medical, Costco and parks….can’t say enough good things about living here….

  I have been living here for almost 2 years now. This is an excellent place to live with well kept apartments and properly landscaped lawns. Management is very quick in fixing any issues that arise. Maintainence is available 24/7 for emergencies. The appliances installed in the apartments are new and if anything is out of order gets replaced quickly. Location is very good too as there is pretty much everything available in the heritage square which you can take a casual stroll to get supplies. The roads are cleaned after every snowfall by the management. Valet trash is definitely a luxury. They have gym, clubhouse and pool for all the apartment tenants to use. Possibly the best place to rent if you have to be in Granger area. Also for people with families this area comes in the Penn harris school system which is very highly ranked.
