  This property has been a huge disappointment. The hallways, stairwells, and common areas are consistently dirty and poorly maintained, making the entire complex feel neglected. The amenities are rarely clean and clearly aren't cared for despite the premium rent residents are expected to pay. Management needs to spend less time marketing the property and more time maintaining basic cleanliness and providing the standard of living they're charging for.

  Buildings and amenities extremely dirty and office staff that can’t return calls or emails. Never any updates to property.

  This is a great place to rent from easy to communicate and they are on top of things probably the best landlord you could ask for

  Dirty buildings and amenities. Cleaning crew barely shows up and if they do they do a half job. Unacceptable we pay a lot of money for nothing to be nice.

  Ayla was very sweet and professional. There was not a single time we had an awkward interaction, she was very warm and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable! I recommend her for a tour!
