  I love this place. The office staff is so friendly and they always go above and beyond. When I put in a maintenance request it’s usually taken care of that day or the next day.

  Grandview continues to become more and more like the projects. I cannot emphasize the cleanliness issue enough. We live in Building B on the Bar Louie side, and last week “Sakae’s Cleaning Service” finally showed up. It was the first time our building—or seemingly anything in it—had been cleaned in months. Even then, the job was half-done. More concerning, one of the cleaners actually walked into my neighbor’s occupied apartment unannounced. Not a vacant unit. Not a unit being turned over. Someone’s lived-in home. My coworkers and I are relocated around the country for work and regularly live in apartment communities like this. None of us has experienced anything this poorly maintained or managed. Talk to other residents in the building, and the response is even worse: apparently, this is nothing new. So, if you’re considering Grandview, my recommendation is simple: don’t. And to Sakae’s Cleaning Service: if you’re going to enter residents’ apartments without permission, you may want to reconsider leaving supplies with your company name lying around and parking a logo-covered van outside.

  This property has been a huge disappointment. The hallways, stairwells, and common areas are consistently dirty and poorly maintained, making the entire complex feel neglected. The amenities are rarely clean and clearly aren't cared for despite the premium rent residents are expected to pay. Management needs to spend less time marketing the property and more time maintaining basic cleanliness and providing the standard of living they're charging for.

  Buildings and amenities extremely dirty and office staff that can’t return calls or emails. Never any updates to property.

  This is a great place to rent from easy to communicate and they are on top of things probably the best landlord you could ask for
