  I have been in my home for 4 weeks. Clayton Homes, Georgetown Indiana. Feels like things are coming thru the floor. Waiting on them to come thru. Will get a lawyer. If/ when they do. I dont know where my upgrades are I requested. I wasn't able to do a tour before moving in. ( Salesman said No) Alot, of I mean alot of inseams not stapled down. I did ask my salesman for a itemized bill. Still haven't received it. Where the money go? They said it's brand new. I feel they took one off the lot and added everything. Left a pile of mess in the house. In case I need to repair something. My daughter and nephew are next. They are going in a different direction. The dont like the outcome and repairs that's needed. In a place I been in 4 weeks. I dont see them being at that location under that management. For long, someone is stealing money. Oh siding horrible. Who ever their outside contractors are, horrible. This is my first one, I didnt know. You live and you learn.

  We are not looking to move into this area. We are looking to move more south. But we stopped in and viewed a couple Jason. The manager was awesome answered all our questions. And was extremely helpful. If you’re looking for Clayton Holmes, this definitely is the one to go to.

  Staff is very helpful and friendly. Gives you the information needed to get what you want and no runaround. I would definitely recommend you give them a chance to help you find your dream home. They will also help with financing if you need it. Great place

  Customer service was okay. They didn't have much that fit our needs, but seemed a little pushy on other options. My mother in law fell on ice while we were looking at the homes, I feel they could have cleared better pathways and laid down more salt to prevent that. The lady we were with did walk with her the rest if the way to make sure she was okay though.
