- VKVincent KroterfieldJun 18, 20264.0Our sales guy, Ray Plaise, was the best! Cant say enough good about him! Very helpful in the buying process! My first issue was with our foundation! I dont know if the fault comes from the concrete guy, Clayton or the health department! Our home does not sit on the foundation at all! It sits on nothing but cement blocks! So to say im frustrated with that, is an understatement! We've had problems with our front door! They are taking care of that! My biggest issue has been our electric furnace! We have had someone our several times for just the furnace! Then there is the central air system! It does not cool the house very good at all! But they are supposedly working on it! Other than those problems our home has neen good!
