- JJJason Lemle JrSep 28, 20265.0Ray is the man!!! He knows what needs done and how to get it done. He is able to answer any questions you have and seems like he is always available to talk. Great guy and great company!
- VKVincent KroterfieldJun 18, 20264.0Our sales guy, Ray Plaise, was the best! Cant say enough good about him! Very helpful in the buying process! My first issue was with our foundation! I dont know if the fault comes from the concrete guy, Clayton or the health department! Our home does not sit on the foundation at all! It sits on nothing but cement blocks! So to say im frustrated with that, is an understatement! We've had problems with our front door! They are taking care of that! My biggest issue has been our electric furnace! We have had someone our several times for just the furnace! Then there is the central air system! It does not cool the house very good at all! But they are supposedly working on it! Other than those problems our home has neen good!
- JWJennifer WhitmoreApr 2, 20191.0Friendly staff but manager Dave Hoefer all about selling expensive manufactured or Modular homes... staff will bait you in with a good price then when time to sign purchase agreement add in new amounts of money.
- TCTina CessnaJul 19, 20184.0We loved the models, finding land to put these homes on in the area we would like to be in has been a challenge and Clayton has no knowledge of where to start. The prices are pretty much the same as building a contemporary home. That's why we decided not to go with Clayton.
