- NLNa LeSep 24, 20261.0The facilities are extremely outdated and constantly breaking down, and the old washing machine is incredibly noisy; simply put, if you are spending $1,500 a month on rent, you should choose a place that is actually worth the money. Not to mention that when moving out, they hit you with exorbitant, unreasonable charges—as much as $4,000. Stay far away from them.

The place is filthy and the facilities are run-down; requests for repairs never lead to any improvements. They even claim the right to kick you out at any time, even when you haven't done anything wrong.
