  Lived here for a year, we had issues with our humidity for 6 out of the 12 months we lived here, had to have a industrial sized dehumidifier in our apartment which was extremely loud and just overall horrible, our clothes, shoes, towels, everything molded. Also you can hear the building door open every single time at all hours and hear people walking up and down the stairs, people talking, alarms, phone calls, literally everything from the units around you. Not to mention muiltiple aggressive dogs that make it literally unsafe to walk around, myself and my roommate were both almost attacked and lunged at on multiple occasions. Trash service absolutely sucks the trash guys are lazy and will try to either charge you or not pick up your trash for any reason possible. Most expensive place with the worst issues I’ve ever experienced

  I’ve had a great experience living in these apartments. The community is well maintained, comfortable, and overall a very pleasant place to live. A special mention goes to Ms. Laura in the leasing office. She is incredibly kind, approachable, and always willing to help. Whether you have a question, concern, or simply need clarification about something, she takes the time to listen and makes the whole process easy and comfortable. It’s always a pleasure interacting with her. I truly appreciate the friendly service from the leasing office and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good place to call home!

  The apartments are fine. The pool and the dog park also fine. The never being able to park anywhere near where you live is absolutely ridiculous. There must be no limit on number of vehicles per apartment and when you have 3 or 4 college dudes and their girlfriends, that’s a lot of cars. And that’s just one apartment. We have one little vehicle. Also, you can hear snoring from the apartment above 🤣 People vacuuming our cars after midnight right outside the front windows and pacing up and down the sidewalk, also around midnight, speaking (shouting) so loud it can be heard inside over the TV. Zero regard for others living in a shared space. I’m only here updating after driving around in circles looking for a parking spot and finally settling on one no where near where I live. Per normal. It’s not a big deal unless you are trying to bring home groceries or carry multiple work bags home and then up the stairs. Good times. Location is fine, maintenance is great, but the dog poo not getting cleaned up appropriately by lazy pet owners and the parking situation really sucks the joy out of the whole experience.
