  No parking. Some people have 2 or 3 vehicles and park them up front even if they do not drive them (like motorcycles) so no parking close to your building. And loud neighbors!

  City View Farm was amazing. I lived there for roughly a year, and the property manager (Tracy) is phenomenal!! She was always there to help me with any questions and was very warm and inviting. I NEVER felt like I was "bothering" her like I have felt in the past with other apartment property managers at other apartment complexes. The maintenance staff (Andres) was also amazing!! The grounds were always clean, and we rarely had any maintenance issues. The apartments are very well maintained, and Andres makes it a priority to make sure your maintenance issues are addressed properly and in a timely manner. If I could give City View Farm 10 stars, I absolutely would!!

  When we first moved in here it was great, great staff, maintenance and neighbors however a year after living here the new management took over the property Feb 2015 and got rid of the best employees here, now the place is absolutely horrific. The new owners seem to be all about money so they do not want to fix anything the right way because they want to save money so they do everything partial and have been snobby and rude. They now seem to move in anyone and everyone no matter their background or not just to get cash flow coming in. We've witnessed drug activity and alcoholics roaming around holding bottles of liquor. So the neighbors are terrible. Parking is just as others have stated, its literally parking wars here. There is nowhere to park EVER. People leave their spare cars sitting in the parking lot for a year without being touched and some people have upwards of 5 cars per unit, leaving it to be unfair for those that have 1 or 2 cars and have to park 2 blocks away and walk to the apartment they are paying to live in. They do absolutely nothing to endorse any of their so called "rules", which is why their is also dog feces everywhere you step. Work orders also go unattended for weeks. I have been told by very reliable sources that they were making false maintenance orders just to enter peoples apartments because they wanted to evict them. We have had terrible issues with mold & mildew, a lot of thick ice growing inside on the windows and doors and leaking ceilings and windows. These are single pane windows and doors! At first glance most apartments here will seem to be great just beware, they cover up a lot and you wont notice it until you have lived in the unit a bit. And the staff will try to convince you that nothing is wrong. Please be very cautious when dealing with these people and these apartments! The previous owners/management were great as i stated in the beginning, prior to Feb 2015 this place was a good place to call home, it was after then everything i stated had occured.
