  My mother and I went to look into the Camelia style model and we loved it I will definitely be moving here and being apart of this amazing community.

  Living at Dupont Meadows has been one of the best experiences. Kitty and Dona truly do their best to make this community comfortable and welcoming. The amenities are excellent, especially the clean pool, gym, and clubhouse area. The environment is peaceful, friendly, and very well maintained. I waited a full year before posting this review so I could honestly share my experience through every season, including winter. The management team did an amazing job removing snow and salting the paths quickly every time, which made everything feel safe and cared for. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it!”

  This community is amazing! I am so thankful and grateful Kitty was able to see me on a whim for a tour! I loved the location and community so much, I am now proud to have been welcomed home!

  I had been working with Donna in hopes to secure a specific unit. As instructed by Donna, I would not be able to apply for the house until Feb. 25th. I checked the website on the 24th and noticed the house was no longer listed for rent. I checked again at midnight going into the 25th and the morning of the 25th, but the house was still showing as unavailable. As I called to follow up, a different leasing agent answered and continued telling me I missed the house as it was first come first serve. When I explained the situation, she kept insinuating it was my fault as I did not apply in time even though I explained the house showed unavailable before it would let you apply online for it. Very disappointed with the management team and miscommunication.
