  We are eager to move to Dupont Meadows next summer! Donna (an absolute sweetheart) has helped us prepare for this momentous move, after many years living in New York City. The two-bedroom, Jasmine floor plan is perfect for us. The whole area is lovely, and the homes are well built, thoughtfully laid out and truly charming! It is easy to highly recommend Dupont Meadows, for anyone looking for a friendly community, great staff, and a growing city with much to offer!

  Donna has been amazing since we moved into Dupont Meadows! She has been incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed anything. Moving to a new city can be stressful, but she made the entire move-in process easy and made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. We really appreciate everything she’s done for us and couldn’t have asked for a better apartment manager. Highly recommend Dupont Meadows!

  Donna was absolutely fantastic, What really stood out was how attentive she was. She made sure we had opportunities to ask questions and encouraged conversation rather than delivering a one-sided presentation. She happily expanded on it while still keeping the experience engaging for both of us. Her friendly personality made it feel like we were exploring with someone who genuinely loved sharing the destination with others. Donna also paid close attention to the little details that made the tour comfortable and enjoyable. She suggested great spots for what we were looking for primarily, pointed out hidden gems that many would overlook. Her advice helped us make the most of the rest of our trip. This is truly a wonderful place and very peaceful. The neighborhood is friendly and very family oriented, Donna welcomed us like we were her very own. She’s the best : )

  These apartments are aesthetically pleasing, but built very poorly. Utility bills are outrageous in the winters. The grounds are not maintained properly for a high end community. I made several complaints about the state of the dog parks in the winter months with mud (put down straw or something) and was told by office staff to "wipe my dogs paws". They will also enter your apartment a ridiculous number of times without allowing you to set a time with them. See attached photos. Once a year is acceptable, but I was only there for 7 months and it was constant. I seriously hated being in these apartments, and bought a house ahead of my planned timeline just to get out of them (paying a huge fee). Save your sanity and wallet by picking somewhere else.
