  The staff is awesome and have been very helpful on movement. My one bedroom apartment is very nice. The garage, however, is not connected to the apartment, the hallways smell like trash, and the atmosphere is like living in a hotel room. No lights in the garage no water in the garage if you’d like to spend time doing something other than sitting in front of the TV, not the place for you. Happy with everything else the garage is disappointing to me.

  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. What really stands out, though, is the management team. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. It’s clear that management takes pride in creating a positive living environment, and it shows in every aspect of the community. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!

  I had a great experience with Bonterra from start to finish. The application and leasing process went extremely smoothly, and Ino was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She communicated consistently, answered all of our questions almost immediately, and made everything feel easy and stress free. We also love all of the amenities, they’re well maintained and add a lot to the overall experience. The apartment itself was very clean upon move in, and everything is fully functional, which made settling in even better. We had an issue with our sliding door and maintenance came almost immediately and fixed it upon telling Ino about it. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend Bonterra.

  Huge shoutout to Eric and Sal of the maintenance team for working so hard to keep the complex in great condition! They are always quick to respond at any time of the day. We appreciate all their hard work!

  Great Customer / Vendor Relationship I have had the pleasure of working with Bonterra apartments for over 3 years now. I can tell you from a Vendor standpoint, that the experience has been excellent. The office and maintenance staff are always professional and courteous. Thank you Bonterra Team for everything you do.
