  We decided to go with Clayton Homes after we had a major upset with another mobile home company. We first met with Caleb and he was an absolute dream. He made this entire process easy never got impatient with all of our questions. He was able to answer them accurately and honestly. They made this entire process the easiest thing I’ve ever done and it was very quick and simple. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend Caleb Fulton at Evansville Clayton Homes 100 times over.

  As you should know going into this before you buy....it will be an uphill battle the entire time The actually sales department does good and are trained well... now about the house your about to purchase... it will have many many many failures structurally. They will take their time to run out the warranty and you will spend countless hours on the phone phone trying to solve the issues with your new home . They will send crews out to do the "repairs " however you need to be there for them because in my case there was other of lying and more bad done than f Good. . Now this is still a good alternative to Paying someone to build you a new home when it comes down to the cost of everything. However this is not something that is going to be built to last and if you dont stay on them you won't notice the damages until it's way to late . There is alot wrong with out place including but not limited to the roof the ac and heat system the walls the squaring of things and I mean nothing is square it's unbelievable. Walls will be warped doorways will look like a child drew them no straight lines anywhere and some studs won't even be structurally sound. What they won't tell you is that the warranty doesn't actually really cover anything. They will send people out but you'll know when it's to late how unbelievable the problems can be considered in "spec" had a contractor they sent out here with a 2 foot level check everything and take pictures ... do some research and see how that sits with you . You can't justify anything with a 20 dollar level . Anyways you should still purchase but beware that the floors are going to tear up with the slightest slides of furniture and the walls will be bowed and crooked the trim won't hold anywhere due to the fact that they won't set their mailers to the correct pressure and they shoot the Brad nails way to far in very very poor quality your shingles won't be installed properly the cabinets will be of the poorest quality the shower or tub is cheap and you will have electrical issues . . But as long as you can live with that by all means purchase it .wait until your 11 months in and hear what they have to say about things. I am currently composing a YouTube video of all the moments that I have recorded with the company from the beginning to the end of my warranty we are a year in at this point and if they actually do take care of us I will change this review and update it but at this point in time it has been a run-around and a hell to even be in this place because it's just been one thing after another and it's not little things it's all big things things we will have to worry about in the future so if you plan on staying underneath the roof for at least 5 years without any kind of troubles probably don't count on that I will update in the future whenever we know how this has gone completely I will tell you that we are not completely dissatisfied with our purchase but however the way that this is gone has been a blame game when you call the company that you bought it from they will tell you that it's the manufacturer then you got to deal with the manufacturer and the manufacturer's going to tell you that it's not their fault and they don't actually cover this stuff and they don't know why they told you that blah blah blah it's a pain in the ass so if you've got the time to read this review and the time to actually spend on the phone and countless hours of your life to go back and forth to get the home that you deserve considering the alternative which would be a lot more money to have someone stick built it which could still have problems with it then then maybe this is the option for you but just go in knowing that this is the way it's going to be

  Caleb at Clayton Homes was great from start to finish. Shopping for our forever home that fit our family and our needs was not an easy process, but Caleb made it much easier throughout the entire journey. He was patient, helpful, and always willing to guide us through every step. It honestly felt more like a friendship than a sales transaction. We never felt pressured, just supported in finding the right home for us. We highly recommend Caleb and the entire team at Clayton Homes.
