  You think that your apartment unit having severe mold in two bedrooms in a bathroom that they would do something about that urgently but no they allowed me and my son to stay in the unit for months all the way up to I love and did barely anything the last few months to get it corrected after the years of telling them. And when I move out, I get charged a cleaning fee for it. Maintenance ripped the hole in my son‘s bedroom and never fixed it and I’m getting charged for it too. I’m getting charged for everything so that’s my warranty for you guys if you want to stay there is that when you leave you will get charged for just about everything that was already there and you’re gonna get a plan for it. You have disrespectful neighbors. You have people who put fair laundry in your dryer with your clothes it just gross. $1400 for this complex is not even worth it. You can go and find a cheaper apartment that is bigger and it’s worth it. Unfortunately, they are not luxury but it’s better than this. The only thing I like is that they have Flex to pay your rent half and half that’s it other than that everything was terrible. Second day of me moved in. I got chased by people’s dogs. They had left off the leash and my son almost got bit by a Rottweiler. I thought they wasn’t allowed. And then the same people who let their dog chase my son and me also let them out at night in a tore up the screen door. Not to mention ants in the summer in ear worms everywhere they’re crawl in your bed. They are crawling your food. They’re crawling your cabinet. Let Maintenance know because they wasn’t there when I moved in and I didn’t do anything to bring them. They just was there when I spawn in I guess. Really need to take that luxury out of their name because it’s just a basic apartment. Dishwasher barely worked every time I use it. It will leave random particles that look like cement on my dishes.

  Rosemary conducted my tour at Hidden Creek Apartments and she was absolutely amazing, she answered all of my questions and she wasn’t just trying to get the apartment rented, she wanted to know what was most important to me when looking for a new apartment.

  I just want to say Tessa was/is Amazing! She was there to answer any questions I had about Hidden Creek. She and her team helped me find exactly what was needed to make the transition comfortable. They went above and beyond to fix any concerns I had. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a beautiful place to call home! Thanks for Everything!!

  I’ve lived here for two years and I’m currently working on a transfer that I’ve been trying to to do for 6 months now. I was promised a move in date of September 1st and guess what not communication from this leasing office I keep getting the run around I call it’s were busy this and that I causally go to the gym in the office to work out and when I’m there the staff doesn’t seem as busy as they claim to be over the phone. I really don’t feel prioritized here I’ve had patients but enough is enough I’ve never had such bad communication with a manager they tell you we’re gonna call you back this day and never call back you have to call them 4-5 times a day just to get in touch with them one time it’s just very unprofessional and lack of communication because if I said that I would pay rent on the first and gave them this same issue and run around it’ll be a eviction. I really wouldn’t recommend them they speak a good game but don’t live up to the promises they make and they never call you back when they say they are going to . This past Saturday I spoke with the manager and she told me she was gonna make sure to call me by noon letting me know my new apartment details of course I never got that call I work a job so I had asked my manager for a few more moments on break just so I could not miss the call and I never received it. So if good communication a thing for you then this is not the place for you.
