They love to talk about their parking policy but dont actually enforce it. They'll put the "tow" warnings on vehicles but won't actually get them towed. What a joke this place is.

Cypress Pointe is definitely one of the best properties in Crown Point! All the ladies, Mariam, Kat, and Chelsea in the office are the sweetest! They make you feel like home as soon as you walk in. Their resident events are always over the top and make all of us feel so appreciated. Maintenance is amazing as well! Five stars for sure!

Great place to live. Grounds look well kept. Apartments are spacious and neighbors are very nice. The office staff is very friendly Chelsea and Kat. They have a 24hr gym that is very convenient since I work odd hours. The manager Mariam is very responsive and professional and the maintenance Tito and Felipe are very knowledgeable. Would recommend living here to anyone looking for a nice neighborhood and great responsible landlord.

I am happy to say I have had the pleasure of calling cypress point my home for the past 17 years. Everything here is amazing, the office staff, our manager Mariam is totally awesome She is one of the most hard working, sweet woman i know and you couldn't ask for a better or more hard working maintenance man then Tito! He gives every job his all making sure its completes correctly and hes so polite and friendly. Not to mention the residents are wonderful! Hands down it is a safe, friendly, clean, really nice place to call home.
