  It's the worst in the office they get to repair the bad and it's still bad I don't recommend this place to live there are houses that don't fix they are not irresponsible either

  Jenifer and Allison are the worst managers I've ever seen all they want from you is just sign the lease and after that they never answer the phone for your issue ! They act like they know something 🤣🤣

  You get what you pay for. Overall, I do think the apartment complex is lacking, but it is still relatively inexpensive compared to the rest of the town. However, I never received my deposit back, even though I called them several times.

  We lived there for 2 years and left both our apartments in better shape than when we moved in.....they would charge off the wall charges...say you were late with rent when they would misplace our rent check.....screwed us out of our deposit they said we would get back....stay away from all their properties

  Really slow on maintenance and the maintenance staff are really rude. Had a leaking faucet that quadrupled my water bill. Asked to be compensated since I already pay 860 a month and they said it's not their fault. DO NOT RENT PARKVIEW OR COLUMBUS CROSSING.
