  It's the worst in the office they get to repair the bad and it's still bad I don't recommend this place to live there are houses that don't fix they are not irresponsible either

  This is our 6 years of living here and we love it! It’s so quiet so nice Carly, Emilia and the other blonde lady in the office have done so much to keep this place up! They take care you’re safe you have what you need and not having any issues they are going back and forth to keep this place one of the best in Columbus! Maintenance is sooooo responsible the first call i have made they are at the door before i hang up! We have lived to 5 different states before we got here and if i have to choose one of the safest for family and the nicest i would chose this place over and over again! Thank you guys for making us feel so comfortable living here! Note: We are family of 5 me my husband and 3 kids i would never replace this place even for the cheapest around!

  I lived their for 6 years, never really had issues with management or maintenance until the current crew took over. They were supposed to replace our carpet due to washer flooded downstairs wall to wall 3 times but never got around to it. Took 3 months to get a dishwasher which meant we lived with a single bacon sink and no way to do dishes so forced to eat out. Then after fighting through covid b.s. and about to catch rent up we get a letter that their not renewing our lease, no reason given or would even discuss the matter with us. This left us 30 days to find a place before January 1st. Who does that to a family with kids and animals? Then if that wasn't enough they towed our vehicle, which now we lost due to not able to pay the towing fee because we had to put every dime we had into finding a place to live, we were not even able to buy a single Christmas gift this year thanks to them.. This is just a brief example of how much care and kindness you receive from this worthless management and maintenance crew, because theirs alot more that happened in the short amount of time we were their with these people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE PEOPLE RUNNING IT FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THEM TO BE FIRST IN LINE FOR A FRONTAL LABOTOMY. My opinion may not mean much but if you move in and have same experience I'll be first to say told you so. Everyone do your self a favor stay far far away from their. Hope this saves someone from having a bad experience like we did.

  This place is absolutely horrible. Its super expensive for the price. Management lies about specials and deals to get you to sign contract. Maintenance never gets anything fixed had a problem with tub and sink the whole year i was renting. Then when it came time to move to other apartments owned by same company waited three weeks to keep getting the run around. Would not recommend this place to anyone

  I was very impressed when i first saw the unit and the grounds. I didn't look too closely. Now that I'm actually living in the apartment, there's a ton of gross stains on the walls, peeling paint, parts of the wall that were poorly constructed and look like they're about to collapse from the weight, all the faucets and doorknobs are so old and rusted, including the showerhead, the kitchen cabinets were missing shelves, the whole kitchen had a nasty grimey buildup that's impossible to clean. i'm very disappointed. and to top it off, the washer in our unit worked for ONE cycle and then quit, and the dryer didn't even make it to one. There were a lot of things that easily fixable/cleanable that would make the unit feel like it's actually worth the $800+ we have to pay plus the fact that they didn't even check that the washer/dryer was in good working condition just pisses me off.
