I just moved in last week, and couldn’t be happier with my apartment! It is absolutely beautiful here! The staff is amazing, and so very friendly and helpful! I completely recommend Current 812 in Clarksville if you are looking to relocate to the area!

The views from my balcony are incredible and management and maintenance are top notch. This has by far been the best move for me!

This place called me 1 day before I moved in and told me the door to my apartment would not have a lock. It took them several weeks to fix the issue. They gave no updates about the issue while I waited for a new lock. When I moved in the water from all the taps smelled like sulfur. It took several weeks for the issue to be fixed. Currently im moved out and its been over 45 days and they still haven't give me my deposit back. Ive called and emailed many times and they have never gotten back to me.

Lived here for a year. Overall it was just okay at best. Let’s start with the positives The office team and maintenance were amazing. The views are beautiful. The apartments are fairly spacious and really well laid out. Now the negatives. The elevators are constantly going down. The hallways are always filled with trash which makes them smell awful. It’s a cheap new apartment build so you can hear almost everything your upstairs neighbor does. The pool isn’t monitored so expect large amounts of people on the weekend partying into the late night making tons of noise. Speaking of noise it’s directly below the flight path for SDF airport so there’s constant loud jet noise. Constant Overall for the price point there’s way better options.

i just want to take a moment to give a huge shout out to the team at Current812! When my AC condensation line needed to be cleared, I called Tammy in the office, and I could literally hear her smiling through the phone. She immediately assured me that maintenance would take of it promptly- and they did! The response was incredibly fast, and the issue was taken care of with professionalism and courtesy. Since moving in, in July, the entire team has gone out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and courteous. On occasion I use the complimentary computers in the clubhouse, and I always enjoy hearing the office talking to each other and interacting with other residents. They genuinely seem to enjoy being here and enjoy the other people that call Current812 home. It’s that kind of attitude and service that makes a community feel like a home. I’m very happy to be a resident here!
