  I originally left a great review when I moved in, and a big reason was Tim. He was always on top of everything, communicated with residents, and somehow still took the time to talk to everyone even when he was busy. He really set the standard for what great management looks like. Since Tim left, things just haven’t felt the same. The office staff are nice enough, but the communication and attention to detail have noticeably declined. Trash outside on the second floor area sits for days, canceled events aren’t always communicated, and I had to go to the office just to find out the pool is now closed every Monday. The property itself is beautiful, but the management and upkeep no longer match the quality of the community.

  Tim was incredible! Answered all of my questions, and even went above and beyond in giving me an additional tour when another family member came in. I’m excited to live at Current812!

  Our experience with moving from out of state has been seamless. Tim and Ciera have made the process extra easy and being flexible with us traveling has been great. Can’t wait to see more to come!!

  Tim has been exceptional to work with. He is polished, professional, attentive, and truly provides a high level of service. He made the leasing experience feel seamless and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. His communication, follow-through, and overall professionalism really stands out! He would be an excellent property manager and is a true asset to the property. He truly values the residences and the property by making subtle upgrades that gives the apartment the luxury feel. We love you Tim!❤️
