  This is one of the best community to stay in Carmel area. The Management is amazing, super helpful and always reachable. Christy and Sarah has been managing this community really well and has been always accessible to us. The maintenance is also great, any issue be it emergency one or non-emergency one, the response time is super quick. Also there are so many fun moments as a community that we celebrate every year, thanks to Christy and Sarah for that. The kids love all the events organized by them, throughout the year. Appreciate all that they do to make this community so much fun to stay in.

  I have proudly called Woodland Springs Apartment home since December 2015, and I can confidently say it’s an outstanding place to live. The location is truly ideal—offering convenience, accessibility, and a welcoming community that suits people in every stage of life. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Carmel High School, consistently recognized as one of the top high schools in Indiana. This provides an incredible opportunity for families, as students receive a strong foundation that prepares them for college or a successful career path, no matter their goals. What truly sets Woodland Spring Manor apart is the level of care and professionalism. The property is consistently well-maintained, creating a clean and comfortable environment you can be proud of. The staff members go above and beyond—they are responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to delivering excellent service and clear communication. Equally important is the sense of community here. Residents are respectful, responsible, and look out for one another, creating a safe, peaceful atmosphere that is especially valuable in today’s world. It’s a place where you can feel secure and supported every day. I wholeheartedly recommend Woodland Springs Apartment to anyone looking for more than just a place to live.   Late to appointments, management is constantly rotating people, gate never fixed. Hard to get in touch with people. Ai phone number is a joke!

  Woodland Springs offered me a townhouse apartment that met my space requirements when downsizing from my house. The rooms are much larger than any new apartments being built today. Management has always been accommodating for any special needs that I have asked for. I highly recommend Woodland Springs.

  Complex is clean and safe, apartments are spacious, but I wouldn't recommend to a friend. Buildings are really old and everything is dated. I'd rather pay more and live somewhere that is more upscale.
