  Hunter Turpen and his team performed exceptionally well for my wife and I. Hunter is very responsive to phone calls and questions and always seek to resolve any concerns or problems that arise. My wife and I purchased two properties in past 6 months Jan 26 and again in June of 26 with Hunter and he went above and beyond for each transaction. Each property purchased was closed on or within 21 days. Kylie and the underwriter team was fast and accurate with completing and checking all the paperwork that was required to complete the transaction. I would not imagine going anywhere else to purchase my next rental property. TQL is exactly what the name implies Total Quality Lending from the personnel to the product, they are Top Notch.   Aaron did a fabulous job communicating with us and gettng everything done in time. Being old school, we were a little scared about doing everything online, but it all worked out great! He worked with us, explaining the numbers and negotiating some of them down. I panicked at first when the money didn't come through right away, but then I remembered they said it could take a few days. Make sure you listen to them about this and leave ample time for the money to deposit to your account. The company is legit, honest, and work with integrity.

  I'm so thankful I found Total Quality Lending. Dominick and team were absolutely amazing to deal with, and gave me the best rates and terms by far. I shopped around with several lenders and none even came close. Some were in disbelief and told me straight out that it's the best offer I would get and that they couldn't compete. One of their strengths lies in how they understand and take into consideration earning potential on an investment property. I highly recommend this lender and look forward to working with them in the future.
