  Love this location with easy access to Carmel downtown, Nora and, importantly, the Monon Trail. The community looks fresh and well cared for and the units are outstanding in terms of design and upgraded touches. And all of this at a very competitive rental rate. The only “ding” against our ground floor unit is that you can hear every footfall and movement in the unit above you.

  Relatively positive experiences over the past year so I renewed. Then last Tuesday they began painting my building. They wrapped half the windows with opaque plastic. Then two days later, wrapped the remainder of the windows with plastic. And left them that way. It now Tuesday, and all my windows were still wrapped in plastic. It feels like someone through a plastic bag over my head. On Saturday I reached out the office to complain, and then again today. They’ve dismissed the complaints and refused to do anything about it, including reaching out to the painters to ask them to leave some windows clear until they’re ready to paint. I’m floored by this unwillingness to try and make this any easier on the tenants.

  We recently moved out after living here for a little over 3 years, and we truly had such a great experience. Lauren, the property manager, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. The maintenance team is also amazing, any time something came up, they responded quickly and were always kind, professional, and efficient. The area feels very safe, has great diversity, and offers wonderful walking areas that we really enjoyed. In over 3 years, we had no major issues, which says a lot about how well the community is managed. We will definitely miss living here so much and highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

  If you're inquiring about an apartment, the 'virtual agent' is absolute garbage. Do not email them - you'll get nowhere. It's just a bot spitting out the same message over and over; even if you ask for clarification or for specifics.

  I LOVE being a resident at Sunrise on the Monon! The units and property are beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The staff is responsive, friendly - they truly go above and beyond! I highly recommend living here!
