  I lived here for about 5 years and genuinely loved it at first, largely thanks to Missy, who was an excellent office manager. Unfortunately, everything changed when new management took over. The new office staff showed zero empathy and were difficult to deal with at every turn. Tenant quality declined noticeably — neighbors were disruptive and smoking in units and on balconies was a constant issue. When I moved out, they forced me to pay an additional month's rent and towed my car. To top it off, I accidentally left my AT&T router plugged in the pantry. When I reached out to retrieve it, they flatly denied it was ever there. A blatant lie. No attempt to help, no accountability. If you're considering living here, just know that the experience is heavily dependent on who's running the office. The current management is not it. Save yourself the stress.

  The Penn Circle team does a great job of keeping the complex clean and communicating with the residents through email and text. Maintenance requests have been quickly resolved too. Residents are friendly and it’s overall a very quiet area, which I appreciate. Living here has been great!

  Luis was very welcoming, helpful and informative! We got a great rundown in our tour of all the amenities, a couple different apartment layouts, and learned about the surrounding areas.
