  I paid 200 dollars to be told my ESA couldn't live with me, right before my move in date. Even though before I paid my deposit, they said my ESA was approved. I happily took my business elsewhere and found a much more accommodating apartment that is just as nice and more fairly priced.

  I no longer live there but we stayed for a year. The units are spacious for the price. We've had several issues with the water heater, microwave, blinds falling, toilet BUT I'm giving them a 5 star rating because they do their best to fix it. They will even call you as a follow up to make sure everything is working. The mailbox is inside every apartment building so you don't have to get out in the freezing cold during winter. Every building has their own dumpster. They have designated permit parking in front of the building. Priscilla and Josh have always been nice and helpful. The apartment cabinetry is far from perfect and needs work. Plus they have HUGE walk in closets. The exterior is well maintained. If there is snow, you can expect them clearing out the area in the wee hours of the morning. They do a pretty good job with that. The landscaping is always spot on. No dry leaves around. Always clean. They also vacuum/steam clean the carpet in the hallways in a regular basis. Never tried the gym but the equipments are new or looks new. Lastly, it is quiet there. No packages were ever stolen. At least in our building.
