  We recently moved into our new rental unit and have had a great experience! The application process was smooth, straightforward, and easy to navigate, which made getting settled much less stressful. Since moving in, we’ve been especially impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds—they addressed two issues right away without any hassle. Communication has been clear, prompt, and consistent throughout the entire process, which really stands out! It’s reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and handled efficiently. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience so far and feel comfortable living here! Would highly recommend!

  A Step Ahead was a wonderful management company to live with! Every maintenance request or concern was answered promptly and consistently. The properties are well kept! We only moved out because we decided to buy! If we ever have to rent again, we would 100% look at a home with this company.

  Chad is the best property manager we have ever had. For over 9 years, he has managed our rental unit. During that time, we never had to worry or had to intervene in the management of the unit. He is proactive, takes care of problems quickly and communicates options and results.
