  Renting in Indianapolis can be a mixed bag, and I've been terribly unlucky in the past, but if you're touring apartments and see A Step Ahead Management as the property manager, literally look no futher. They are the best! I'm leaving town, otherwise I would have probably stayed in my unit with them indefinitely.

  I have worked with property managers all over the country and Chad and his team are the best I have worked with. They have kept it small and personal which is huge. Easy to work with and very responsive on any calls or emails!

  We recently moved into our new rental unit and have had a great experience! The application process was smooth, straightforward, and easy to navigate, which made getting settled much less stressful. Since moving in, we’ve been especially impressed with how quickly the maintenance team responds—they addressed two issues right away without any hassle. Communication has been clear, prompt, and consistent throughout the entire process, which really stands out! It’s reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and handled efficiently. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience so far and feel comfortable living here! Would highly recommend!

  Chad is the best property manager we have ever had. For over 9 years, he has managed our rental unit. During that time, we never had to worry or had to intervene in the management of the unit. He is proactive, takes care of problems quickly and communicates options and results. If you are looking for someone to take care of your property and eliminate the hassles of rental ownership, look no further! Sue
