  I’ve sadly lived here for 6 years, and recently a maintenance man let himself into my second floor apartment while we were away with no notice, and their reason was he “went to clean bird poop off the balcony that came down during his maintenance request for the unit above.” Mind you, the bird poop is still all over the place lol. We got kicked out of the office today for applying some pressure. I guess Donna (property manager) is new to the job (not shocking as this place has new management seemingly every year) and the leasing agent told us straight up that Donna didn’t know how to handle this situation. All that being said, good luck to anybody who chooses to rent from this place.

  I just think it’s very rude to have a time that you close on the door and someone from the office. Tell you to be here before that time only to get here all the way from Fisher Indiana to be rude and tell me that I have to come back very unprofessional. Not to mention when you look online, the office is showing open very misleading

  Yeh agree with all the negative reviews, pls never live here , they are unprofessional and impost really unfair charges upon moving out , it's been almost a year since we have moved out But it's still hunting us , I asked them to provide the proof of the damage you are talking they never reached back and reported the amount to collections agency without informing us ! Worst customer service experience, we have already reported to attorney general and will take more actions but won't give up on false claims and brutal charges ! Every penny is hard earned money !

  Worst living conditions and way overpriced. They force you pay an “amenities package” of which includes (i was told) the pool (open for 2 weeks and now permanently closed for the summer) the clubhouse (of which is only open 24 hours on the amazon locker side) and the slowest, spottiest internet possible. They won’t fix anything and just make up excuses to charge you more and more. Definitely not renewing this lease. This place is better off burning to the ground.

  Horrible place to rent from for the price. Let’s start off by saying the amenitie package they force you to pay is bs the pool is never open which is the main thing to the amenities. Another thing the staff is very rude and does not like dealing with anything at all. I had a pregnant girlfriend and the ac went out, we were 5 days without ac. They put a bandage on it and then a 2 weeks later we came back from the hospital with our infant and it was back to being broken which soaked the entire carpet around are living room. Also getting on our $400 baby swing, when I contacted staff they were very rude about it and told me I would have to put a request in and wait, even though there was an emergency line. When maintenance came and looked at it they literally told me whoever built these apartments did not build them correctly. They again fixed the leak problem and ac but now there’s a possibility of mold with a newborn.
