    Worst living conditions and way overpriced. They force you pay an “amenities package” of which includes (i was told) the pool (open for 2 weeks and now permanently closed for the summer) the clubhouse (of which is only open 24 hours on the amazon locker side) and the slowest, spottiest internet possible. They won’t fix anything and just make up excuses to charge you more and more. Definitely not renewing this lease. This place is better off burning to the ground.

    My brother moves into these apartments in June. His apartment WAS NOT cleaned before he moved in. He has to pay $200 a month just for "ammeninity fee" but they literally emailed him last week saying the pool was closed for the whole summer and he still hasnt got a password for the included wifi.

    Horrible place to rent from for the price. Let’s start off by saying the amenitie package they force you to pay is bs the pool is never open which is the main thing to the amenities. Another thing the staff is very rude and does not like dealing with anything at all. I had a pregnant girlfriend and the ac went out, we were 5 days without ac. They put a bandage on it and then a 2 weeks later we came back from the hospital with our infant and it was back to being broken which soaked the entire carpet around are living room. Also getting on our $400 baby swing, when I contacted staff they were very rude about it and told me I would have to put a request in and wait, even though there was an emergency line. When maintenance came and looked at it they literally told me whoever built these apartments did not build them correctly. They again fixed the leak problem and ac but now there’s a possibility of mold with a newborn.

    My husband and I had a bad experience with the application process. Our tour was unprofessional. I remember starting the application with husband's information, then the email being sent to me to finish it with my information as the second person. Yet, somehow the application showed me as head of household. So they never took any of my husband's information into account seeing he was the only one who brought in income. Not only that, but they also denied it because of a felony record of 18 years ago. Mind you, we never had issues renting anywhere else until this situation despite my husband living right since then. To me the whole process was shady, unprofessional, discriminatory, and skeptical. Then receiving emails from another employee to still apply without knowing this happened. Later received another email welcoming us to the apartment community and feeling out a pet screening. I just ignored it and moved on. The whole thing is just weird, and I hope the owner evaluate the employees running their business. Seeing other reviews of shady fees, mean staff, trash issues, and pest issues, I should have believed it. I see why they are rated 3.8 stars now. And the fact corporate doesn't know about this is even crazier.
