- CSChhamji SherpaAug 20, 20261.0I bought my second home with Pulte and lived in the Greystone community in Brownsburg. I had a terrible experience. Homeowner leave their dogs freely. I got jump scared and chased by dogs left freely by homeowners once during while I was heavily pregnant and twice while we were taking our infant on a stroller walk. I have brought this issue with homeowners as well and the HOA and the first response from the homeowner was ‘a side walk is her property so, not to walk through there if I had issues with loose dog’ which was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. There is no policy of having dogs on leash or having a fence here. They only care about how the community looks for outside but not how safe it is. Lots of kids play outside so, having dogs loose seemed like a safety concern to me, but this concern got ignored. The HOA rubbed it off when I asked about the invisible fence but one of the dog literally ran towards us while barking to the middle of the road. So, there goes your invisible fence system.
