- DDDebbieAug 27, 20265.0The complex is very well maintained and I am very happy living here. Brooklyn Burgess was very helpful explaining the rental process and answering all of my questions. On the day I moved in she made me feel very welcome. Every time that I see Brooklyn she always has a smile on her face and makes sure that she says hi and asks how you are doing.

Since then it’s been great. Brooklyn & Yadi have been major help whenever I needed, along with the maintenance team when I have any issues! Definitely recommend living here!

Everyone is super reliable from the office to the maintenance (if needed). Neighbors are respectful and nice, the property is clean. Very nice place to live at.

Maintenance team which includes Jose, Abel, and James come if I need something in a timely manner. Everyone is pleasant and courteous!!!

This property takes cleanliness very seriously which is such a plus for me. They listen to their tenants suggestions and concerns and acts on them! Thank you guys for repainting the entry ways! Everyone on staff is truly truly amazing!! Yadi is such a genuine soul; so understanding, and patient! She’s the best! I have never had a bad experience living here. Every work order request I enter gets answered with urgency. Shoutout to Abel as well, he is always so helpful and efficient with making sure all my work orders are completed in a timely manner. He always asks if anything else needs fixing before he leaves. He even gave me tips on caring for my gold fish. As a new fish owner with no experience that meant every thing to me! Everyone is always so helpful and supportive. You guys rock!
