  What stood out most was their negotiating skill. On the sale, they handled multiple rounds of back-and-forth with real finesse, pushing for terms that worked in our favor without ever losing the relationship with the other side. On the purchase, they were just as sharp — reading the situation quickly, advising us on when to hold firm and when to move, and ultimately helping us secure the home on terms we were thrilled with. Beyond their local expertise, they also proved they can manage a move anywhere in the country — coordinating seamlessly even when parts of the process extended well beyond their home turf. That kind of range is rare, and it made the whole experience that much smoother. They were responsive, honest, and clearly cared about getting the right outcome for us, not just closing a deal.   When we knew we were moving from our home in Winnetka we immediately contacted Team Mangel due to their excellent reputation and extensive experience with buying and selling properties on the North Shore. Team Mangel immediately designed and implemented a strategic plan to advertise, stage, show and price our home to maximize interest and offers. They were professional, accessible, flexible and honest throughout the process. Our home sold for $200k+ over list price. We were under contract in less than a week and closed less than a month after listing with Team Mangel. Highly Recommend.
