  We lived here for 2.5 years and just recently moved out. We LOVED our time in Winfield. I will miss all the counter space and kitchen storage. Management was very helpful and responsive if any issues came up. The portal to submit a maintenance request was very easy to use and usually all our requests were completed within 48 hours (business days). We used the pool and gym amenities often. We made friends with our neighbors and never had any issues! People respected quiet hours and were easy to live next to. The downtown area is small but very walkable! I feel like Winfield is up and coming and that was a perfect place for an apartment complex! The property is well taken care of and honestly, it was reasonably priced compared to other apartment complexes in Wheaton/Glen Ellyn. We moved to Winfield because a friend already lived at the apartment complex and recommended it. After moving in, we convinced two other friends to move in. We will always speak highly of Winfield station and will 100% recommend to anyone. Living next to the train station is a huge perk! Check out Berger bros and sugar mamas if you’re touring the property !!

  Jeanette is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the residents are comfortable and they have everything they need. The property is lucky to have her!

  Just finished a 13 month lease here at Winfield Station. Really a great building with friendly people and amazing leasing staff always ready to help whenever I needed their help. At first I was nervous to move somewhere so close to the train, but realized it rarely ever was loud or was an issue. Would have stayed at Winfield Station if I wasn't relocating for a new job

  We have been enjoying living here so far! We love the community and how close it is to many places. There are so many friendly people in our building. Anytime we had an issue with something, the office has been very responsive and helpful right away! You can tell they care about their residents (: I highly recommend living here!

  Great building and site. Amenities are top notch. Management and maintenance on site helpful and great security.
