- NNn3 days ago1.0We tried booking for a 2-room tour, they gave us a date, when we got there they said they had no 2-room apartment ready for touring. We ask so why did it allow for touring on the website? The answer: they use AI for scheduling. Why?? Of all things to automate, they leave AI to do such an easy and arbitrary job. If they can't even get such a ridiculously simple task right and leave it to an AI, then why should they be trusted with more important things? A waste of our time because they wanted to cut corners and be sickeningly cheap and save a few pennies. Absolutely abysmal.

- DHDesmon Howard4 days ago5.0My mother is always talking about how great the community and how much better it is and after visiting every week for a couple months now I understand why. The security supervisor has done a great job!!! He’s always taken the time to shake my hand and check on my mother and me. The maintenance guys are around the clock non stop in the heat ! My mother is always bragging about the security team and maintenance guys now I understand why. Thank you to Hinsdale management for choosing a dedicated group of people. Keep up the great work!
