  ⚠️ SAVE YOUR MONEY! ⚠️ I was told I would receive my $250 holding fee back, but after I canceled my application, I was suddenly told that I had forfeited the $250 because I did not move forward with getting an apartment at this property. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Communication was terrible, and they rarely answered the phone when I tried to reach them. I feel like I was given one explanation initially and then told something completely different afterward. I would strongly recommend doing your research and getting everything in writing before giving them any money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

  I am reaching out to you because I am unable to get a hold of anyone via phone. I applied back in February and ended up cancelling due to different circumstances. I was told I would receive a refund for the application fee of $250. The rep I spoke to explained it would be ready by end of March and instructed me to pick up the check at the leasing office in Willowbrook once it was ready. I called last week and I was told by another rep that the check was sent to my previous address however, the check was never delivered to that address as my family members live in that address and never received any check. The rep then mentioned she would have her manager look into it to see if the check was cashed. I tried calling this morning and no one is picking up my call. The call would ring and then hang up. I then get a text message saying that fee is non refundable after being told twice I would be getting that amount. I am so glad I did not sign a lease with them because they are super shady and don’t know what they are doing. At least have the decency to pick up my call. The worst!

  I’ve been here for about five years love it love that amenities not too expensive. I love the diversity of living. Overall is quiet and friendly. The guy in the office Hamilton he’s a great guy. He is really, really a good worker.

  I applied here the first week of June my application was denied and I was told that I would receive a refund for my holding fee. It is now July 25th and I have not received anything. I truly believe these people lost the check or never issued it and refuse to take accountability and communicate properly. I have called several times and even went up there in person and been told managers will call me back and that has never happened. I’m not sure why they are refusing to give me any more information of what could have happened. I was told the check was issued out on June 17th it dosent take weeks for a check to arrive from California or anywhere else for that matter. They refuse to give me any information of who I could speak to. They refused to give me a tracking number it’s all just a mess. My advice is to not even apply here unless you absolutely have to.

  We tried booking for a 2-room tour, they gave us a date, when we got there they said they had no 2-room apartment ready for touring. We ask so why did it allow for touring on the website? The answer: they use AI for scheduling. Why?? Of all things to automate, they leave AI to do such an easy and arbitrary job. If they can't even get such a ridiculously simple task right and leave it to an AI, then why should they be trusted with more important things? A waste of our time because they wanted to cut corners and be sickeningly cheap and save a few pennies. Absolutely abysmal.
