I should’ve read the reviews first, before wasting my time! l usually do smh, From the look of these ratings explains everything! I showed up on my day off drive 22 mins just to get told the unit got rented, so you couldn’t call and tell me that so called property manager! Then goes to say I’m sorry, l have a tenant moving out today I’ll call you Monday never called so unprofessional!

Living here has been a huge disappointment. The lack of accommodations for residents is unbelievable. Had a package delivered, well good luck if your a nurse. Office opens and your already working and closes before you get off. You won't get a code to get in the mess of a mail room. I am not sure why management won't go in and organize the room. It's truly a mess. It feels like management has no interest in supporting or helping current residents. The apartments are DIRTY. Anyone who say's their well maintained are clearly talking about the clubhouse, not the buildings. The cleaning lady spends about 3 hours cleaning the clubhouse which doesn't need much attention and avoids the actual building where residents live. The common areas are truly a joke. I don't like inviting people the my "luxury" dirty apartment building. The walls are paper thin I don't complain because thats a building problem not my neighbors. The staff are very very unprofessional and inexperienced in luxury living. Communication is poor, concerns are brushed off and getting anything resolved is impossible. Their is no sense of community here. Everything is a mess. I would never recommend you move here. They are just a money hungry corporation that don't care that you call this place home. I can not wait to move and will always tell anyone I see touring the place, RUN WHILE YOU CAN.

“Luxury” building that’s nearly 3k a month but PAPER THIN WALLS— am literally crashing out as I type this because my neighbor’s alarm have been ringing since 6:30am and you can hear it so clearly. Multiple times there was piss or vomit in the elevators, 3 of my packages were stolen. The gym is mediocre - can’t even run together with my husband on the treadmill because the second one has been out of order for months. Have had my paid ev charging spot taken MANY times. The wall paint quality is poor, the valet trash is confusing - seems it’s being picked up at random times because my trash won’t be picked up even though it’s been out the door. And the police are constantly hanging around the community harassing people whose cars are not in the garage, giving them multiple tickets, even on sundays, for the same issue as if people can resolve an expired tag on a weekend - very annoying. The price does not match the expectations or experience.

I'm in the market looking for a new apartment but it's unfortunate that they're not open on the weekends when many people are available to visit. Also, I inquired about the price back in December and they didn't have a price sheet that they can email me so I became discouraged. There's many different fees in addition to the listing price but they should disclose these or have one fee for rent including all the extras such as garage parking space, storage locker, pet fees, utilities that are included, etc. I received different price quotes from different people when I called. I was confused as far as what the actual price is for a 1 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor. I'm sure the apartments are very nice and modern but please list the price as a final out the door monthly payment. The economy is in a deep recession so I know that rental prices are declining. I would really appreciate the opportunity to possibly get an apartment here but it seems like they make the process more difficult than it should be. I will continue to shop around in 2023 because rental prices are dropping fast.
