Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. The management is by far the worst part of living here. Residents are treated poorly, communication is frustrating, and concerns are often handled in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I also experienced behavior from management that I felt was discriminatory and racist, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and upsetting. No resident should feel that they are being treated differently because of their background or ethnicity. The utility costs are also extremely high and add a significant amount to the monthly cost of living. For what residents are paying, the level of service and management is simply not acceptable. The one positive experience I had was with Caleb in management. He was kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate the way he treated me. Unfortunately, one good person cannot make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful, and well-managed place to live.

Just a fun place to sit in the courthouse with a drink and listen to live music

We had really bad experience with a management. Especially Caleb. We had a huge misunderstanding in a price wise. After all Caleb didn’t even tried to find any solution. So disappointed and wouldn’t not recommend anyone to work with them.
