  When you ask about apartments at the advertised price, they always tell you those units are no longer available and then offer you more expensive ones. It feels like a bait-and-switch just to get you to come in. Don’t fall for it — the actual prices are higher.

  Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. The management is by far the worst part of living here. Residents are treated poorly, communication is frustrating, and concerns are often handled in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. I also experienced behavior from management that I felt was discriminatory and racist, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and upsetting. No resident should feel that they are being treated differently because of their background or ethnicity. The utility costs are also extremely high and add a significant amount to the monthly cost of living. For what residents are paying, the level of service and management is simply not acceptable. The one positive experience I had was with Caleb in management. He was kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate the way he treated me. Unfortunately, one good person cannot make up for the overall experience. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, respectful, and well-managed place to live.

  Warning! Only lived here for a few months and im ready to leave ASAP the reviews and comments about the office people are true ! The people working here mke it intolerable to live here like a HOA commit they literally have nothing more to do with there time but harass the people just living here especially the woman that work here such attitudes like if u committed the most hanses of crime towards them basically just existing ( African American woman ) and one that lives on property so beware ! Whn moving in there suppose to offer walk threw of the property and your home but they dont ! Send out notices or final notices with no evidence of the violation Charge random fees for anything they deam of a violation frm $50-100 or more You must get there internet att $64 monthly even if you dont use it ! Cameras inside are a front they dont work Main floor by the gym elevator is always dirty ! Mystery stains and marks daily! Entrance on the side of the building always smells like a Chucky cheese building aka FEET ! Blahhh Dog shit and piss couple times a week on side of building so watch your step Hallways walls and floors have stains or garbage Water to building turn off quit often for a whole day ! The grill station always dirty food stains , caked up grills and the tools they give you to use omg they look like they been used for 10 years with no replacement!!! And there the wire ones where thoes get loos and get into you food very dangerousness ! Packages always in the front of the package room or outside entrances ( so yes ive lost sum ) Parking outside is always busy cause of the restaurants Parking garage has trash randomly everywhere! So much more but for what your paying here 2400 and above we expect basic to be taking care of !!!!
