But by far the Best office staff I came by in my search. Very informative and professional made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door.

However, over the last 1–1.5 years, we haven’t been happy, though we’ve stayed because it’s close to my workplace. The leasing office is unresponsive during peak times, especially in extreme weather when heating or AC issues arise. We’ve had to stay in a hotel twice during winter because the heat didn’t work and no one answered our calls. In the summer, the AC leaks water every single day. They’ve attempted repairs multiple times, but the issue persists. Another concern is package security. I’ve lost several packages, including one from the Luxor room, which surprisingly doesn’t even have a camera. It’s very disappointing. my review to stay here is atleast we were safe but would'nt like to continue longer.
