  Very nice apartments in a great location. Didn't end up leasing here due to finding the larger space of a home I truly needed. But by far the Best office staff I came by in my search. Very informative and professional made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door.

  We’ve been living here for the past four years, and it felt great at first. However, over the last 1–1.5 years, we haven’t been happy, though we’ve stayed because it’s close to my workplace. The leasing office is unresponsive during peak times, especially in extreme weather when heating or AC issues arise. We’ve had to stay in a hotel twice during winter because the heat didn’t work and no one answered our calls. In the summer, the AC leaks water every single day. They’ve attempted repairs multiple times, but the issue persists. Another concern is package security. I’ve lost several packages, including one from the Luxor room, which surprisingly doesn’t even have a camera. It’s very disappointing. my review to stay here is atleast we were safe but would'nt like to continue longer.

  Honestly my mother and I can’t wait till our lease is up in may , let’s start off by saying everything is always breaking in the apartment we called maintenance about 30 times in the last 2 years , next MY 10 POUND MALTESE got attacked by a PITBULL here !! The owner returned the dog to the shelter right after . The only thing they supposedly did was tell the guy he can’t have no more pets here yeah A JOKE! The manager did absolutely nothing there was no consequences to the owner of the dog for having a pitbull here. People are always walking there dogs without a leash. We found a mice in our apartment. One of my packages around Christmas time got stolen here. OH AND maintenance went into our apartment without asking or letting us know we found out through our camera inside the house Not worth renting here !

  Everyone in maintenance and the leasing office is very kind, helpful, and speedy, especially Nick. Any problem is taken care of quick!

  Just moved in this weekend and so far my experience has been great. The apartments are extremely spacious for the rent that you pay. It looked much better than the online video tour that they gave me. The base rent is cheap but you have to pay for all the other utilities. Nicholas at the office was very helpful and made the move in process much easier for me.
