Was interested in moving here but multiple people have complained about the water quality that seems like a huge standard of living issue. Has the apartment addressed this in any way?

I really like the overall feel of Everton. The building looks beautiful, and everyone I’ve met there has been very nice and helpful. Looking forward to seeing the finished amenities.

We love everton, and all of their staff! Geneva is absolutely amazing! She is always so friendly, patient, helpful, and welcoming. She has such a warm personality and always goes out of her way to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. She is easily one of the sweetest people at Everton, and we truly appreciate everything she does!

Geneva is truly one of the best parts of living at Everton! She is always so kind, sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Every time we see her, she greets us with such a positive attitude and makes us feel right at home. She is genuinely the nicest and coolest person here, and Everton is lucky to have her at the front desk!!!
