  The property manager and maintenance guy are very weird towards African Americans. They harass you since they have nothing better to do. They have made 3 African American families move since I have been living here. I most definitely will be reaching out to corporate.

  I lived here for 3yrs the building the appliances are very old however when I had an issue it was fixed quickly. All my neighbors were really nice one winter it snowed alot and cars were covered with snow you could not drive in the parking-lot it was bad outside. My building 5800 Lake Bluff and the building next to me most of the neighbors all came outside of their cozy warm apartments where we all helped shovel out our neighbors parking spaces and wipe snow off cars it was a great moment. The location is close to grocery stores, express ways and restaurants. I had a great view from my balcony and the balconies are long. The buildings and units need updating other than that not a bad place to live.

  Peaceful, nice community. Every store you can think of is a block over.

  We loved here for 4 years. We never experienced anything​ bad. If something broke, they fixed it. Our building 5900 was quiet and clean. Loved the view. My only observation is the landscape needs to be kept up more. It should be pristine for the rent that is paid there.
