  Rent goes up around $100 every year. Even though you may have a young man shouting day and night on his video games, and that other neighbor that’s practicing cartwheels also in the apartment building; you will be blamed for any noise in the middle of the night just because you have kids, even if they have an early bedtime routine! “Well you’re the only one that has kids in the building!” Be careful coming with children, you may even be blamed for that previous dog poop that happened in the laundry room. The new management is very disrespectful and unable to speak with any decency. We all miss the old management at least they spoke to us with kindness. I’d like to edit my review and try to make this into zero stars. They are threatening to force us to vacate within 10 days if they keep hearing noise complaints from us. Sam is extremely rude and I believe she is racist against any colored person. No one lives above or below me and they are stating we are making too much noise at night and early mornings which is impossible unless my kids and us turned into some type of odd owl or vampires where we’d never sleep. They had welcomed us to renew and ONLY added $20 extra to our lease to renew I was SHOCKED! But I knew they were up to something because within 4 days of receiving that letter they are treating to vacate us within 10 days !!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Bring the old management back !!!!

  Your new plow service is horrible...in 3 years this is the worst...they don't use salt...they put snow in front of garbage area... horrible service
