- VDVladyslav DushenkoAug 8, 20261.0Review from 3 years resident. I have been asking from bathtub replacements over 2 months now. I was getting resonance like " We are working on it" or " Contractors replied to wrong email " Last week 2 guys showed up at 7 am saying we will be replacing bathtub. Nor me or other residents were informed that water will be shot down . They told me this work will be done next week and they left. I wend for a week vacation so I can come back and all things will be done. Guess what , 8 pm on Saturday, I was driving for las 8 hours and I can't take a shower coz we don't have anything ready. Thins is what approximately 2000 $ per month gives you. NOONE CARES ABOUT RESIDENTS ANYMORE.

Maintenance has been helpful and attentive for any issue I've had, and also is willing to accommodate around my work schedule and the fact that I have a dog as well. The parking lot was just repaved, and the swimming pool redone as well. There is a very nice park right next door, and the complex is within walking distance to downtown. Everyone I've met in the office is friendly and helpful as well!

Tate was able to get my power back on quickly after I popped a breaker. Shakira helped my Father and I navigate the lease renewal process taking the time and having the patience to answer my repetitive questions regarding the lease. And thank you Brian for renewing my lease and keeping The View safe, clean and well maintained. Thank you. Jeff K.
- LKLori KitnerJul 3, 20264.0Clean and quiet. Dogs allowed for a fee. Has 1-3 bedroom units. Right on the river and next to Mt. St.Mary's park and adjacent walking trails! Has an in-ground pool. Very nice. 4 stars because sometimes it's difficult to get hold of maintenance.
