- FFFloatApr 3, 20261.0Hopefully things look up from here, but I'm not expecting much. We've only just moved in, and already there's dozens of issues. Numerous of the outlets in one room alone flat out don't work, the front door is broken and doesn't close unless you use your whole body weight against it. That's likely from the landlord special they slopped over the hinges. There's a mouse by our door, went into the neighbors it seems. Rain water is also leaking into the living room from the outside through the floor, from underneath the trim. The downstairs toilet also came pre-clogged, lovely. The towel rack was also broken before moving in, and the upstairs sink has a leak. When first arriving, the floor was filthy and covered in boot prints, dirt and salt for melting ice. They had two months to clean this from what I heard. Last, this isn't an issue with the unit I suppose, just a minor inconvenience, but there's no microwave 🥀
