  Review from 3 years resident. I have been asking from bathtub replacements over 2 months now. I was getting resonance like " We are working on it" or " Contractors replied to wrong email " Last week 2 guys showed up at 7 am saying we will be replacing bathtub. Nor me or other residents were informed that water will be shot down . They told me this work will be done next week and they left. I wend for a week vacation so I can come back and all things will be done. Guess what , 8 pm on Saturday, I was driving for las 8 hours and I can't take a shower coz we don't have anything ready. Thins is what approximately 2000 $ per month gives you. NOONE CARES ABOUT RESIDENTS ANYMORE.

  I have been living at the View since the end of December, and I love it! Maintenance has been helpful and attentive for any issue I've had, and also is willing to accommodate around my work schedule and the fact that I have a dog as well. The parking lot was just repaved, and the swimming pool redone as well. There is a very nice park right next door, and the complex is within walking distance to downtown. Everyone I've met in the office is friendly and helpful as well!

  We moved into The View about a week ago, and I want to start by saying that every staff member I've interacted with has been kind, professional, and responsive. The grounds are well maintained, my kids love the pool, the carpet is new, most of the rooms have ceiling fans, and the location in St. Charles is fantastic. That said, I've been disappointed with the condition of our unit at move-in. I was asked to delay my move by a day so they could finish painting and preparing the apartment, which seemed reasonable. However, when we arrived, the painter and cleaning crew were still in the unit. We were told not to touch the cabinets because the paint was still drying, and my son accidentally smeared the stair railing because it was still wet. It was clear the apartment wasn't actually ready. There were also several unfinished or overlooked issues, including a broken shed door and lock, the dishwasher was disgusting as well as one bedroom missing its ceiling fixture, exposing only the electrical box. While those weren't deal-breakers, they added to the impression that the unit hadn't been fully prepared. Shortly after moving in, our AC wasn't working properly. I submitted a maintenance request, and to their credit, the team responded quickly. Unfortunately, I've since noticed what appears to be water damage on the baseboard near the AC that looks like it was simply painted over before we moved in. Today, I also noticed small puddles forming between the floor tiles, which appears to be water—or hopefully just condensation—coming up through the floor. I truly appreciate how friendly and responsive the staff has been, and I hope these issues are addressed promptly. My concern isn't with the people who work here, but with the condition of the apartment we were given. I'm hopeful this experience improves because there are a lot of positives about living here. Update: 3 months in and still waiting for the water to stop seeping up from the floor. Has damages rugs and furniture. Although the owner responded to this original review they would “love to speak with me” I am still waiting to hear from them. I have contacted all those I am able to.

  Great Location, Quiet area, Parking lot and pool resurfaced within the past 2 months. I appreciate everything the staff has done for me this year. Tate was able to get my power back on quickly after I popped a breaker. Shakira helped my Father and I navigate the lease renewal process taking the time and having the patience to answer my repetitive questions regarding the lease. And thank you Brian for renewing my lease and keeping The View safe, clean and well maintained. Thank you. Jeff K.
