  Darlena has all the qualities of an excellent realtor. Communicative, prepared, and proactive to name a few. The attentiveness to detail is always appreciated when making a decision on housing, and to do business with a realtor that understands that makes everything relatively simple.   Had a great home buying experience with HomeSmart and Darlena Campos. Darlena was very responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. I highly recommend her and HomeSmart. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  In mid February the house across the street from my parents house went up for sale. I decided to reach out to a loan officer to see if I could get approved for a home loan. I was given Darlena’s information as I had not yet connected to a realtor. I am a first time homebuyer and a mom of 3 so I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. From the first call with Darlena I felt I was in good hands. She was very confident and knowledgeable and very genuine and sincere. I really wanted this specific house but it had been on the market for a couple weeks and was already under contract. I let Darlena know about this as a reference for the kind of home I was looking for. Darlena could tell I was disappointed that I missed out on the house, and she suggested we still keep our eye on it just in case it becomes available again. We made an offer on the home even though it was under contract and Darlena continued to show me other homes that were of interest to me. Darlena was incredibly communicative. I really felt like I was working with a friend, someone I had known forever and someone who had my best interest at heart. I never felt like Darlena was pressuring me or that she was annoyed with my many questions. It was very apparent through the whole process that Darlena listened to me and my wants and my concerns and she always made me feel like I was her only client. I could always get in touch with her if necessary, but most times, she was already reaching out to me and texting or calling me. It really felt like a top tier experience. I also had the pleasure of working with Darlena’s colleague Jacob. He showed my daughter and me a couple homes when Darlena was not in the area and we really enjoyed working with Jacob. Similar to Darlena, he was very genuine and sincere. It felt like a friend was showing us the homes and he and Darlena both really understood what we were looking for. We really appreciated Jacob’s help and his opinion. He also made himself available anytime we wanted to see a home, sometimes with less than 2 hours notice. We ended up putting in an offer on a home and then after the inspection I panicked and realized it was not a good fit. Darlena was so understanding and totally on my side and she never made me feel bad about changing my mind. I ended up getting a call from Darlena that the house I originally wanted was available again! We closed on the house 3/31!!! My children and I are as happy as can be and it really is all thanks to Darlena. I honestly could not say enough good things about Darlena Campos and the job she did for me. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The whole process was so smooth and there were never any surprises. Darlena is really amazing and I am so thankful to her. She also has still been checking in on us to make sure everything is going well and she has helped with so many other resources. Darlena made the process as seamless as possible and I am forever grateful to her. 10/0 recommend!

  Darlena was an exceptional broker. She was always available and happy to help. Darlena guided my family through the sale of our home seamlessly. Most appreciated was Darlena's negotiation advice when it came to agreeing on a final offer. Our home went under contract days after being listed and at a price close to the listing price. If you want a headache free sale of your home, I highly recommend Darlena Campos.
