  i just recently moved here around 4 months ago, i enjoy how peaceful it is and all the space to go on walks. the pool and gym are great additions also. the staff and maintenance are always kind. would recommend checking it out!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! 1200 a month to deal with roaches, rude staff and water damage on ceilings that they just paint over. NOT WORTH IT!!!

  I am posting this review because we have had many, many issues with this apartment complex. At 11am, Sunday may 17th 2026, the upstairs unit flooded into our unit in the bedroom area. I contacted the emergency maintenance line for help with the issue. From 11am onward I spent my time using our green machine to suction the flooded water out of our carpet bedroom floors. The flooded water damaged my books and some of my other property. The maintenance crew did not arrive until about an hour later, and did nothing to help initially. Later, they came back to tell us that the water flooding from upstairs was backed up water from THEIR TOILET!! After telling us this, the maintenance crew left without providing any assistance in cleaning the mess up. We have had so many issues with our upstairs neighbor unit, from flooded messes coming from their unit to constant noise late at night. The leasing office does nothing to help, and the maintenance crew does not provide meaningful assistance. We have requested a transfer to another unit, and the leasing office told us that their new policies prevent current residents from changing units. To anyone contemplating moving into these apartments: STAY AWAY!!!
