  The office is regularly left unattended during posted service hours. This is highly problematic because time-sensitive forms require in-person signatures to avoid compounding late fees. When confronted, management denied that the office was closed. My phone calls are routinely routed through an automated loop when they do this. Additionally, it took weeks of waiting during a major heat wave to get my AC repaired, yet they were able to call me back within 6 minutes once I presented them with documented proof of their office closures and delays. Leaving office an hour early on Fridays, or any day really, when people work during most of their regular service hours puts a lot of regular working people at risk of receiving bills they cannot afford.

  Seriously, do not move here. There is multiple types mold in their indoor air conditioning systems and they will refuse to clean it as their lease says air conditioning problems are not important. they will also ignore the requests on their online maintenance portal. The apartments are in a decent area but it is seriously not worth it.

  i just recently moved here around 4 months ago, i enjoy how peaceful it is and all the space to go on walks. the pool and gym are great additions also. the staff and maintenance are always kind. would recommend checking it out!
