I had a very disappointing experience applying to this apartment complex.
The application process took about 10 days, during which communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly tried to call the office but rarely received any response. The only way to get updates was to visit the office in person, where the staff could not provide clear answers and kept saying that everything was “up to corporate” or management.
I understand that there were concerns regarding proof of income, as my husband had just started a new job after relocating to a new state. However, I provided an official employment verification letter clearly stating his position and salary. Despite this, no alternative solutions or options were ever offered to us. We were even willing to pay a larger deposit (such as 2–3 months upfront), but this was never discussed or considered.
What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency and communication. For days, we were left without updates, only to receive a rejection email shortly after my last visit to the office. This delay cost us valuable time in our housing search.
While I appreciate that the administrative fee is being refunded, the overall experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend improving communication and offering clearer guidance or alternatives for applicants, especially those who are relocating or starting new employment.

One of the best places I've lived. Quiet community. The units are nice and modern, the staff is super laid back and friendly, and maintenance requests get filled on time. Good proximity to the highway and stuff to do off Frank and Green.
I've been here for 4 years and can concur with other recent reviewers that the new management has brought this place down drastically, so I will be moving in the upcoming months. Under new management I've noticed the grounds are not kept up as usual and landscaping has gone downhill.
We've had little to no social events and there's zero e-mail communications to tenants, other than rent notifications.
NONE of the grills on the property work and haven't worked in weeks. There's no signage saying they don't work and no e-mails have been sent out to notify residents.
I've walked in the office several times to find staff sleeping on the couches or sitting around socializing. They did send out a survey months ago asking for input from residents on future events, etc.; however, the document to submit our survey was restricted, so you couldn't even submit it to make recommendations.
If the Amazon lockers are full, Amazon will simply leave your package on the ground near mailboxes. The old staff would pick them up and sit them in the office for residents to pick up; however, the new staff leaves residents' packages sitting out for days and days. For what we pay, I can rent a home or find a better apartment right up the road. Please do better for future residents, because you've just lost another tenant in me.

I am living here almost 6 years always have a problem with snow. This years is worst. This is not cheap apartment and they don’t even hire some company for off the snow from parking lots? Snow is too high and no one can not park the car last 3dats no car parked but never off the snow means cold weather like this we can not park the car for weeks? When I start live here office people was very nice but I am not sure right now. I asked office people when off the snow from parking lot people can not park . He told me work on it ,but they never off the parking lot snow most parking lot is didn’t anything even I complained to office people.they don’t care we can not park the car ? They should care about renters. Parking lot is included in rent right ??? Please office staff listen to the renters !
