Dear owners & potential clients, For reference, we’re from a long line of owners. I’ve been mowing lawns since I was about five years old 😂 (but new to this area) I would be disgusted if this happened to a potential tenant. First, it was Difficult to get ahold of a live person. Though, they are friendly enough. Many things didn’t work properly in the application process. Then, it seemed like something wasn’t right about why we were denied. They claimed that earnings were insufficient, when one of our incomes is nearly double the industry standard. After looking over the credit reports, I noticed a number of inaccuracies. It turned out that one of the reports they had for us was NOT OURS! They hadn’t bothered to double check the information. Also, We understand & appreciate the importance of background checks, but their application process is not conducive to running the process smoothly for adult children, who recently turned 18 & therefore weren’t even verifiable by the credit company. I dealt with 2 different people trying to work through that part of the application, when they should never have had me fill it out ONLINE in the first place. Technology just isn’t that intelligent.

Meha is great! We’ve worked with her twice to secure tenants for our property, and both experiences were excellent. She consistently finds high-quality tenants, pays close attention to detail, and makes the entire process completely hands-off and worry-free for us. She is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable property management or leasing professional.

We, once agaian, recently had a great experience working with PMI Chi Town. Their team, especially Meha, has been extremely proactive and persistent in managing my property. They recently worked diligently with the Housing Authority of our County to secure a rent increase and even ensured it was applied retroactively, resulting in additional funds being credited to my account. Overall, solid experience and definitely recommend them
